About us
I am 39 years old “Jack of all Trades” but I have been cooking since I was 17 went to Le Cordon Bleu when I was 20 for my certification and continued in the restaurant business. I have been everything from general manager to owning my own catering business. But really cooking is my passion I made a living out of it but what really gets my engine going is being behind a bunch of fire and cooking for people so let me teach you how to combine flavors , pair wines , take an ordinary kitchen and make it a Gordon Ramsey kitchen
