Zayco was prompt & performed services as stated in contract. (Yearly contract required) If service could not be performed, Zayco would notify me promptly.

Zayco cleaned our exterior windows and our glass entrance door, twice a month, for the past five years or so.  We are a professional services firm and our furniture placement and daily activities limited access to the interior glass; so, Zayco only did the inside of the glass entrance door.  We have found them to be very dependable, excellent quality service, and very reasonable.  When they clean the windows, they are totally focused on what they are doing and do not engage our staff.  Often, we would near a noise at a window, realize that they were cleaning the windows and then they were finished and gone.  They were very adaptable when we moved our offices (from fewer windows to more); the cost was proportionally as reasonable as before.  We found them to be very professional, high quality work, and reasonable.  We would recommend them. (To clarify something, the "Home Built Year" refers to the date when our firm began using Zayco's services.)
