Throughout the process, from originally deciding to move forward with their services and making a deposit, WMG has been 100% available to discuss any question I had at any time that I communicated with them. This, in and of itself, is a massive virtue. The assembly of my four pieces of furniture was estimated to take 4 hours and they completed the task beautifully in 3 hours and a few minuits. Additionally, they cleaned up behind themselves and took the huge cardboard cartons in which the furniture had been transported and took it to the refuse area in my community. Hiring a handyman is a crapshoot. This time I tried using Home Depot referral. This company reached out with a professional email and offered to give me an estimate, which set them apart from the others. When there were delivery delays, they scheduled at the earliest possible to complete the job, which was done quickly and competently.

The team from WMG Home Services showed up on time, dressed professionally, and ready to work. They asked the right questions upfront to fully understand what needed to be done, and they had all the tools with them to get started immediately. The faucet installation was fast and clean. They tested both hot and cold to make sure everything was working exactly as it should. When it came time to replace the GFI, we ran into a little challenge identifying the correct breaker. They didn’t waste time guessing. They had the right tool to track it down, shut off the power safely, and finish the job without missing a beat. Start to finish, the work was solid, the experience was smooth, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of professionalism and quality. I am extremely happy with the results!
