I ordered a pallet of sod to be delivered.  On the day of delivery I was notified (after I called them several hours after the delivery time) that the order was delayed and unsure when the delivery would be.  They did delivery the pallet of sod the following morning, but they did not call before to advise it was being delivered and just arrived at my residence early in the morning.

Overall, my experiences went well. His prices are much better than some of the larger home improvement stores/nurseries, 30-40% cheaper. I didn't have to buy a large amount of plants. I saved each trip I made. The plants are very good as well. I would recommend to go look at the box store to see the displays and then going to purchase the product here. It's a great place if you have a larger project to save over the long run.
