They did an excellent job on repair of out stairwells that were suffering from rust and corrosion. They did an excellent repair job and paint. The stairwells look brand new.

These guys do a great job. Arrived on time, patched and prepared walls, and painted with attention to detail. Would definitely use them again.

They showed up on time with 3 people, first day was mostly caulking and prep, second and third days they painted, 2 coats. Cleaned up and left the house in great shape. I'm very happy with their service and quality of work.  I supplied the paint and they protected all plants and windows - excellent quality!!

The service and communication went great. The prep included pressure washing, stucco patching, holes filled, primer, and paint (We used Sherwin Williams primer and Duration paint). We had the body of house, trim, 2 French doors, and 2 exterior doors painted ( not the garage door). Ivan was readily available for questions and adaptable in providing the service. Ivan also went back to the paint store to make sure we had the correct discount on our paint purchase. Great results. We will hire again if needed as they also provide other services.

My experience with this company was just ok. I wish I could give a better review, but unfortunately there were some things that do not sit right with me.
Pros - The company got back with me in a reasonable time to schedule the appointment and the painter was at my place on time and was a very nice guy. The overall job of applying primer and paint was done in a considerable amount of time (no complaints there). 
Cons - Paint was being applied to newly installed drywall which apparently had not been sanded very well in a few places and this was evident after paint dried. I called the company after the painter was gone because I didn't notice the many bumps on the wall until after the paint dried completely and I was told sanding would have cost me more, yet the deal clearly stated that even the repair of small holes was included in my price, so why not the sanding of areas where it was clearly noticeable? Paint specks appeared all over my floor around the perimeter, which clearly indicated carelessness of the painter to cover the entire floor with a drop cloth (I mentioned the paint on the floor to the owner) The window seal had a bunch of dust on it and a bug which was not cleaned off prior to the painter arriving because we forgot, and lo and behold, the dust and even the bug got painted right over. 
So, I'm not sure I would call this company again, but they do have great reviews, so maybe just checking behind them while the project is being done would be helpful. 

This was an amazing service.  Many thanks to Jairo Arias for his attention to detail, professionalism, and timely service.  I will definitely have him back again.  He certainly went above and beyond my expectations and my patio just GLEAMS!!  I plan to recommend his services to our neighborhood association so that he can take care of all our pressure washing needs in the future.

The job was a total success.  The team was very professional, and did a fantastic job.  They cleaned up after their mess each day, and the communications was outstanding.  Their estimate was fair and upfront, and the final bill was exactly as quoted.  I would highly recommend Universal Contracting Inc. to anyone looking for a fair and professional job completed on time and within budget.

We are very pleased with all work preformed. It was all done professionally and in a timely manner. Ivan the owner was very professional from day one. I was so glad I hired this company...I had 3 different estimates but felt more comfortable by hiring Universal Contracting Services. Very professional. I live in a high end building (Skypoint tower), they kept the work area clean at all times. I cant say enough positive things about this company. I would definitely use them for other properties and will recommend them to my family friends.

I had UCS,INC paint my interior and exterior of my house. The owner was very professional and patient with us. He came at first and looked at the house. Within 2 days I received a written estimate. They came out here with the crew and covered my plants and everything that needed to be covered so the over spray paint wont ruin my plants. The next day the owner came out here for a final walk and made some last touch ups. These people quality of work and professionalism was wonderful.33615
