About us

Two Maids & A Mop is the most popular, hardest working & most professional house cleaning company in the entire Tampa, Florida area. Our company started from very humble beginnings way back on April Fools' Day in 2003. Our first office was all of 200 square feet and it was located in a pretty rough neighborhood. I can still remember those ugly looking wood paneled walls. I can still remember that tiny little restroom. And unfortunately, I can still remember how dead our first week of business was back then. But we've learned a lot since that first day back in 2003. The biggest thing we've learned is that cleaning houses means much more than just cleaning houses. I know that sounds a little crazy but just trust me - our customers simply expect something different from our company.

Wonderfully! I was very pleased with the services provided. I was so excited when they were finished, the house was sparkling clean. I was also impressed with Anthony, the office manger. He explained everything to me in detail. How the company works and all the services they provide. I've had other cleaning services but only do the basics. Two Maids go beyond the basics. I believe this company is above the rest because of the Pay for Performance Plan. That means employees are paid based on how well they did their job. It's fantastic. I highly recommend Two Maids & a mop. Please note the price I paid was for a first time cleaning. Once you start a regular cleaning, there are a number of payment options based on what you need. 0302

I wish they would of called the last time they came out to let me know if they was running four hours late. I've been going with this service for over a year and a half now I wish I could get the same cleaners to come out but instead I continue to get different ones and the job is starting to get much more poor!!!!

The teams that are sent to my home are courteous and efficient. They come prepared with their own supplies, although they will use any cleaning products or methods you request. In addition, I always get a call back the next day to inquire about my satisfaction with the work. In all, this is probably the best cleaning service I have used.

To say the job they did was horrible is an understatement. They basically surface cleaned this home and even that wasn't done well. Upon seeing the home upon completion, I immediately contacted them and advised them of our unhappiness. The manager called back and said he would send them back in again to fix the issues. (I had sent pics). The manager called while the staff was in the home for the second time and advised that they were not equipped to clean the home properly. The didn't even clean under the refrigerator!!! I was charged $400 for a bad surface clean. He did not give us a refund or attempt to make any further good on this project. I definitely would never hire them again.
