About us

Welcome to TPA Hardwood Flooring Systems, LLC. It is my privilege to introduce you to TPA Flooring Inc. We have served in the flooring industry for many years and are a registered and licensed organization; our primary service is the installation of hardwood floors. We offer a selection of diverse species and sizes, installed onto plywood or concrete with its proper vapor barriers. We also sand and refinish all types of floors. We are a small group of professionals that have a combined 20 years experience in hardwood flooring. Our many years of experience helped enabled us to develop a system that produces quality workmanship and customer loyalty. Here are some of our strengths: Our personnel work in harmony and with integrity. Our mechanics know their responsibilities; which provides a more thorough finished product. We have a basic work ethic that drives our company. We leave each phase of construction in the most respectable and professional manner.

Mr. Rios is the ONLY flooring contractor you will ever want! The quality, service, and honesty "WOW" my 3 story home in Odessa is dawned in solid Brazilian Cherry hardwood floors and the bonus of a perfectly matched elevator floor. I dealt with Mr. Rios personally throughout the construction of my home and never have I met a contractor so respectable and true to his word. Happy in "Brazilian Cherry" heaven. Thanks Eddie Susanne

In a major home renovation project that was full of sub-par contractors, TPA Flooring was a welcome relief. Eddie at TPA was responsive and responsible and provided a quality product. We are still finishing up some punch-out items but I have no doubt that he will finish those in the same professional manner he performed the rest of the project.

For tile, don't bother. You'll be sorry. He still hasn't finished, and he started a 1500 sq ft project that was supposed to last 2 weeks, and it is almost 2months,now!!

He never actually did any work for us. He came out to give us an estimate, and decided it was better not to touch the floors, and gave us other alternatives to use. He was very helpful and so honest that he talked himself right out of a sale! When it comes time to replace our flooring, he's the first person I'll call!

Eddy and his crew were very professional. He responded very quickly to all calls and questions as they came up. Eddy went the extra mile on this job and really showed professionalism working with a difficult situation. I plan on getting another house done in the near future. I renovate homes for a living and I've never received such prompt quality service from any contractor. The owner, Ed Rios, is a professional who wont surprise you with any hidden expenses or fees. All of his employees have extensive experience in both the installation and refinishing of hardwood flooring. I will be working with Ed in the future on many more projects. Working with Eddie and his team was a pleasure. He was helpful, informative, and communicated with us about every step of the process. When we hit a snag with some damage on our floors, he went out of his way to find wood that matched the existing hard pine and was able to repair the damage and stay on schedule. We now have beautiful, restored hardwood floors and we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!
