It went GREAT! We were in a bind having just bought a house that needed gutting! Total Plumbing Solutions came the same day we called to look at our problems. The price was fair and they were there the next day! We had brand new sinks and toilets that fast!
The guys who came out were very nice and professional! They even used a camera to check our sewer lines! Very cool!
Matt, the owner, was very helpful in helping us pick the fixtures and figuring out what needed to be done. We had a house full of workers, so much to be done, so it was great to have them simplify these problems for us.
I would highly recommend this company for ANY plumbing problems you may have! The work is fast, and neat and can't be beat!

"Im sorry but that was not the case. The customer insisted we repipe her hot water bcuz it was done by a "handyman" which later found out she mistold the truth. She had run the plumbing with her dad. I told her that her and her dad had crossed hot and cold lines all over the house and she continuously argued with me to the point I warned her I would walk out of original consultation. The customer had misinformed me several times about what wasnt or was previously done so I suggested she repipe her hot lines except for upstairs in which she claimed originally that were fine. Come to find out when we got back there the 2nd time she changed her story. This is unfortunate that a customer is not satisfied as thats what we strive for but we have done everything we could do to please her besides give her a refund on work that did solve the problem which she insisted upon us doing."
"We apologize for an unhappy customer but we were never called and informed there was a problem so we could fix the issue. We are more than willing to rectify problem. The office was never informed about the problem to fix it and teach our employee what he did wrong. 30 gal heaters cost us slightly more than a 40 gal per supplier due to supply and demand."
