Everything need was there and they did a nice job connecting to the water line and putting in a separate shut off valve.

I spoke to Aaron on the phone and he gave me some info. about the co. and a rough est. I called a few other places and then called back for an appt. They were able to come the next morning. Chris showed up around 1/2 hour late, but at least he called before the appointment and let me know that he was running late. He got right to work, but it seemed it was a tough clog because he was here about an hour. He wrote up the invoice quickly which was the quote minus the AL discount. I haven't had any issues. The price seemed high, since a few years ago I was only paying $85/hr for plumbing. Maybe prices have increased that much. Chris was professional and courteous.

He always answered my phone calls with any questions I had, even on the weekends and after hours.He is very knowledgeable. The crew did a great job, and cleaned up as if they were never there. Awesome. They took care of the city permitting and everything. The guys who worked on the house were nice and humorous. They got the job done in a few days. While re-piping, they keep my water on until the very last minute, which I really appreciated. The service manager Aaron was joy to work with. He walked me through the entire process. I couldn't be happier.

It went incredibly well. the estimate is what I paid. The time is took (4 days) is what they said it would take. The county inspector said it was the most professional job he has seen. The workers were clean, respectful, on time, and worked incredibly well together. The boss, Aaron, was always available. The lead workers, Tommy and Jacob, were incredible. They secured and protected all the new work inside the walls. I'm still in awe of their work. I got estimates that were well over a $1000 more expensive too. If you're looking for a plumbing company use them !!!

I was happy with them. They were able and willing to answer the phone and come out on short notice on sort of an emergency basis. Yes, I would use them again and I have.

The original, main shut-off water valve was frozen in the open position and could not be turned off at the house. Total Plumbing replaced the frozen plastic valve with a better-quality brass, ball valve. This required some chiseling into concrete to attach several new pieces of pipe and the new valve. The tech was courteous, efficient and professional. Stuck to the quoted price. No attempt to up the quote as some plumbers have been known to do. A nicely run company who has a plumber to speak with.

The service Tech arrived as scheduled and was very professional throughout this work. One of the low quality shutoff valves failed and he replaced both with high quality valves to prevent a future problem on the other pipe. I will use these guys again.

We had a pipe burst in our rental property and they showed up after hours to stop the leak. It's an old house with cast iron pipes leaking one after another so Total Plumbing gave us a great deal on a full repipe of the house. They did an excellent job on the repipe. Thank you.

Total Plumbing Solutions went above and beyond for me when my home needed a repipe.  Not only was their quote the most reasonable but they were very helpful in answering all of my questions.  The plumbers were on time and very respectful.  I will refer them to anybody who asks.

Total Plumbing Solutions Inc came out but they didn't do the work. I might use them in the future. They didn't do the work, their bid was too high.

Total Plumbing had someone out in under 3 hours. Jacob sized up the problem (that Rotor Rooter charged much more and took longer to solve last year) and had the line in this old house cleaned out within 20 minutes. Unlike the prior company, he didn't give me dire warnings and suggest I let him break up my floor to replace the pipes. Jacob suggested I use a jet wash if the problem is more serious than once a year. Otherwise, just have the blockage (which contained no weeds or roots) cleared once a year.

I originally called about a water heater that was seriously leaking after I saw their deal on Angie's list. Aaron was very helpful on the phone and said that he would have someone out here on Tuesday because of the holiday. The morning that the service tech was planning on coming out, my wife found a water leak in our bathroom floor and after carefully examining it, I found that there was a significant leak behind the wall and could not be accessed from inside the house. It required the water be shut off to the whole house. I called Aaron back because there was not going to be any use in getting a new water heater if I had no water and I likely wouldn't be able to afford the big leak repair until my next payday because of all of the Christmas expense that we just had. Aaron was very kind and said he would work with us in anyway possible to get us taken care of and not worry about it. He said, just let the service techs look at it and we will work something out. Tommy and Jacob came to the house and showed up a little earlier than promised. They immediately saw that there was going to be a problem with the water heater because the regulations have change and new water heaters are made bigger than the same volume water heaters of a few years ago and we would have a problem fitting a new one in that same location. However, they came up with a very good alternative and made it work perfectly while keeping the cost as promised in the angie's list deal of $775.00. While Jacob took care of going back to his supplier and getting a different water heater, Tommy turned his attention to the bigger problem of the main leak behind the exterior wall. He made entry through the wall outside of the house and found the leak and repaired it. It was a very tough job, but he did took care of it. The charge for that portion was only 585.00. I had expected it to be much higher. They were very kind to offer me a payment arrangement with them to allow me to pay it at the end of the month. That is totally unheard of in today's world! These guys are absolutely fantastic and I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are now my number one go to plumbing guys. They have earned a life long customer!

This company was great. I had never used them before, and I was more than pleased with the service and the price. I had been quoted a price for the same job from another company which was $470. more than I paid with Total Plumbing. The technician was very courteous, friendly and efficient. He totally cleaned everything up when he was finished the job.

Gene was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly.
