Auto Service
At 10:46 order # 180734 I left my truck to have an oil change and tire rotation. EST 1.5 hours (written on contract) I walked across the street to Burger King and returned about 45 minutes. I sat in the waiting room until 1:04 got up to check on my truck. It was still in the lot, not even touched. The clerk wrote on the workorder "Drop/12:30/1:00
The person said I can do yours next. I thought you dropped it off.
I replied I went for a walk, the BK cup was still in my hand.
I wasted over 2 hours of my time and nothing was done nor was I told of any delays. This is extremely poor service.
