Furniture - Sales
Upon receiving a call from delivery service we are waiting 1 month for the delivery. Excuses are they only deliver certain days in our area and that they our booked all days except 8/14 which I will be on vacation. Poor customer service and will never shop Thomasville again.

Furniture - Sales
They kept telling me that somebody would call me the next day to schedule the delivery; I heard that about every 3 days for about 3 weeks. They finally delivered it after I waited 5 weeks. Their excuse was that they could not control the delivery company that was not following through. I will not use them again in the future.
