Plumber came a little later than expected. He did check other sources of problems we had. That was nice of him. He was respectful. The cost was a little high though. I would recommend questioning the cost of some of the services listed. Why so high? Overall a good outcome.

Over the last 2 years, I have had several professionals claim to have fixed my elusive leak in my garage. I was kept aware of when the technician would arrive. Timing of service was great! The technician, Jason was professional and very knowledgeable of my particular problem. After searching he found the EXACT spot of the leak. Now the repair can finally begin. On time professional service from the setting up of the appointment to the actual time of arrival of the technician. The technician listened to my issues, checked things out and gave me an in depth no BS evaluation. Once we agreed on a price every thing flowed smoothly. From the first phone call (Meagan) to the plumber (Richard) the service was outstanding. Richard was upfront and honest with us about what it was going to take, gave us options and helped us make an educated decision. He was on time, courteous, informative and the quality of his work was excellent. He double checked his work and made sure we were happy with the results. We were so impressed we already booked an optional project with him. Richard is a rock star in our book!

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
I had to replace an electric, water heater from 1998. Felix gave me the best quote of the four plumbers who came out. He took great pride in his work, doing a double weld on the piping to ensure there were no leaks. He was professional, thorough, friendly, fair and knowledgeable. I took his business card and will gladly do business with him in the future.

We called another local plumber and the prices were not affordable. we called the pin plumber and they installed and fix our kitchen sink for half the price. They went above and beyond our expectation and will call on them again. The gentlemen was very nice and talked us to each operation he did for us. Thanks so much in an emergency.
