He was punctual and very professional. He took time answering my questions, did an estimate for me and scheduled the installation. Unfortunately, I had to re-schedule more than once, but he was very accommodating and understanding. I am very pleased with his attitude and professionalism.

Adriano came to install the stone floors within 2 weeks of the estimation.. He explained every detail and answered every question. We decided to stay in the home while the work was being done and although it was dusty and confining Adriano and his assistant cleaned up every day and made sure there was access to any necessary areas (ie leaving paths and marking areas we couldnt walk). We had some concerns over specific tiles being cracked or chipped after installation but Adriano assured us they would be fine at the end of the entire process or he would replace them. He is a fantastic craftsman and takes great pride in his work. We appreciated that he respectfully answered all our questions and concerns during the process. We will most definitely use Seven Golden Floors in the future.

Our wood floors were damaged and I needed to remove them and replace them with tile and we also needed to update the master bath. Adriano came over the very same day I called for a quote. He was very knowledgeable and offered many suggestions so we hired him to do the job after I removed the old flooring.
He is very meticulous and left the house clean at the end of every day.My wife and I (I am extremely picky) are very satisfied with the work that he did. The floors and the shower are beautiful. I highly recommend him for any tile job.

Adriano responded quickly to our request for a quote. He was clearly very knowledgeable so we hired him for the tile install. He began work at exactly 830am as promised. We are extremely satisfied with the work! We've enjoyed the tile for a week now and can't imagine anyone could do a better job. He took great care with each piece of tile and every cut of tile. We have some tricky corners and such in the house, all the cuts seem to be a perfect match. Adriano performed the work like an artist, installing the tile as if it was his own home. Everything was cleaned up nicely after completion. Many days were a challenge as we had severe storms that week in the Tampa area. Highly recommend Adriano to anyone wanting tile installed right the 1st time!

We had used Adriano before to install travertine throughout most of our kitchen/living area, and were very pleased with his work.  This time was no different. 
- The wood was installed diagonally across the room, a more difficult installation, but he did a great job and the result was fantastic. Everyone who has seen the floor is very impressed with the work.- Came back to take care of spots that couldn't be removed initially (a different type of glue was used on the flooring, which didn't respond to the same removal technique).  - Always responds quickly when you have a question, returns promptly when something needs to be taken care of.
I have recommended him to all of my friends and associates who need tile and/or flooring work done.  We'll be using him again when we redo our bathrooms and kitchen backsplashes.

I called Adriano Frazotto from Seven Golden Floors and two contractors  from Angie's List  for my bathroom demo and travertine installation. . Adriano gave me his quote plus estimated what other costs I would have. He pretty much acted as a general contractor instructing me what was needed next. I supplied the plummer and carpenter.  The total with plummer, new windows, carpenter,  top of the line travertine was $7500.  The two general contractors both quoted $12000. So Adriano's labor  was pretty much 50% cheaper than the contractors.

I have used them a couple of times. They were all on time and did an excellent job. They cleaned up everything after themselves. And they stuck to their price and used all materials that I had already provided and pretty much I didn’t have to do any extra work. I have already got a deal for another use. They are going to do the drywall and tiles for me.

Never responded to angieslist inquiry.

Adriano was very easy to deal with.  He responded many times to questions by email and phone.  He was able to remove and replace damaged floor boards in the center of the room.  He let us know what to expect before hand and what could go wrong during the process.  That being said, nothing went wrong and he was able to replace the damaged boards and put back in the pieces he had to remove to get to the damaged area.

I bought the $300 for $99 deal through Angie's list as we wanted to tile our backyard lanai of 200 sq ft with tiles we had left from our home tiling project. The gentleman who came out was very professional and kind--and I immediately recognized that we had asked him for a quote to tile our interior, but his quote was twice that of the tile guy we ended up using. Sadly, I wasn't surprised that his price was again much more than what we had hoped to spend--even with the credit purchased from Angie's list. I have no doubt he does incredible work, he was just outside of our budget. I've learned my lesson to not buy a credit on Angie's list before I get a quote!

We contacted Adriano regarding installation of hardwood floor that we purchased from a third party vendor. Through our initial email and phone conversations we found Adriano to be knowledgable, forthcoming and fair. After a meeting  Adriano we  knew that he was the right man for the job. Adriano and his installers laid the floors beautifully and in a timely manner. We were impressed with his work and decided to have him install a new back splash, which we have been equally pleased with. We now have Adriano scheduled for two more jobs in our house. I highly recommend this company.

Adriano came by and gave me an estimate, and I requested to keep a copy. Shortly after, I contacted him and let him know I was ready to begin the work. Though I had been looking at travertine at a local store, he had advised me that I could use his contractor's discount through his vendor, which I chose to do, and saved me a bit more on supplies. I paid the vendor to deliver the travertine, which due to the forklift, they were only able to deliver to the driveway. I had someone else move the tile into my garage until the work began.Adriano showed up the day he had said he would, and we discussed the remainder of the supplies. In addition to his price, you pa for the travertine, and then you pay him for the cost of the thinset, grout and sealer. He provided a home depot receipt for the thinset and grout which I reimbursed him for at a cost of a little over $550. I purchased the sealer myself at a cost of $150 per gallon.His team worked tirelessly, removing the old tile floor, cleaning up and installing the new. Altogether it took about 10 days for the floor and backsplash due to the difficult removal of the old tile, and they do not work on the weekend. There is also some time needed to allow the grout to set prior to sealing. Adriano returned after the floor was finished to install the backsplash which he had included in the labor price, and did an excellent job on this as well. Later, I had one tile that had experienced grout shrinkage and he fixed this wit h no problem.I was having this work done and submitting paperwork to my mortgage company for release of insurance claim funds for payment, which also required completion of paperwork involved. Adriano worked with me on this, and completed all paperwork needed to facilitate the release of funds for the project. All costs were explained prior to the work and everything was done with immense attention to detail. I would definitely hire him again. Very happy with the entire project!

I have received many compliments on my beautiful new Travertine floors! I highly recommend it!

The overall experience was great!

There were some issues with not having enough laminate (which I ordered through another company) so he had to come back twice to finish the job. He was very flexible about having to come back, and when I let him know the laminate had come in he was able to come back within a couple days. Overall, he did a really good job with the installation.
In his response he said the reason I gave him a C for punctuality was because he changed the estimate time to 30 min. later and that is inaccurate. He said he would be there between 8:30-9:00 and it wasn't until around 9:30 that he came, and the same with the last time he came to finish. I don't know about the other times because I wasn't there. Not a big deal, he still did a good job with the installation and I would recommend his services, but I wanted to be fair with my review.

I bought a Big Deal from them through Angie's List, but I got a refund on that.  I don't remember how much the quote was.  The overall experience was fine.  I would use them again to get a quote.

 My husband & I hired Adriano Frazatto of Steven Golden Floors to install a 32 sq.  ft.  Glass tile backsplash in our kitchen ? and we've been singing his praise ever since.  The glass tile selected for our kitchen consisted of individual glass slivers mounted on mesh backings that fix together like a puzzle into subsequent adjoining pieces.  We were aware that the installation would be time consuming and would require not only a critical eye but also tons of experience to achieve the look that we were seeking.
 
Adriano Frazatto showed up on time to install my backsplash.  He was extremely professional, kept his work area neat and was respectful of my home throughout the process.  Thanks to Adriano, our backsplash is absolutely beautiful and help made our kitchen the envy of all our friends.
