Next day, I found another plumbing company, they checked and explained everything about their job, they suggest us to hire leak detection company to locate the actual leaking point because they can't confirm the point just by looking, and they quoted us way less than this company does on the slab leak repair. The best thing is they work on weekends!!
We would not recommend The Clean Plumbers to do any repair jobs.
"We always take each review seriously and look into the work that what done and speak with the plumber who was on the job. This call came in from the customer and our notes state that he had opened the wall behind the toilet and saw water leaking. Our plumber went out and visually inspected the job and because of the nature of the job gave the customer a list of things that could be needed to be done. If he had walked int here & quoted 1 price for a minor repair and then had to change the price due to the involvement of the job the customer would have been just as irate if not more. We are not a leak detection company therefore we do not have the equipment to locate a leak under the slab, but if pipe is exposed and it is not leaking but water is coming up from where the pipe goes into the slab you know that there is a slab leak. The price to remove the toilet also includes our service charge of $39 for coming out to the home. Our plumber was there for approximately 50 minutes checking out the problem and trying to explain to the customer the different problems that could be causing his leak and giving him the prices with each scenario. We do work on Saturday, I believe this was just a misunderstanding by our plumber, as we have a limited number of jobs that can be taken for each Saturday and we were already booked up by Friday afternoon for the next day. We do our best to make everyone happy and to do a good and professional job at each house or business we are in, but we also understand that we cannot make everyone happy. Our plumber did what the customer asked of him by removing the toilet so the customer could look into the wall at the leak, the customer declined to have us do any additional work and chose to call another company, that is his prerogative. We are not the cheapest company in town, nor are we the most expensive, but we have been in business since 1982 and have one of the best reputations for quality work, professional employees and standing behind our work."
"Thank you, we strive to do the best job possible at each home or business we enter."
