The tech called me to give me a price of 1,600 to replace a old 17 gallon hot water heater with a 20 gallon one. He said what was in the condo was suited for a mobile home and he would be putting in either a bottom or top down one. I advised I could not afford 1600 and he then said they could do it for 1300. Still too much money. Claimed they had already been at the condo for an hour and drained the old one. They went to pick up the new hot water heater and low and behold the top set up is the same as the one in there. I had the work done but I feel raped by this company. Why would something so small cost so much and you can't get any kind of rate or estimate over the phone from them. If I had any idea what they charge i would have called around. I realize the wate heater was in a hall closet and may have required a little extra fanagaling but come on folks. I will never use this company again and will not refer my family or friends to them. My husband is a realtor and frequently provides names of companys to his clients to have work done. The clean pumber will no longer be on that list. I got the bill today with no breakdown just the total. I understand companys have to make money to stay in business but there is such a thing and being resonable on what you charge for your services and I don't think this work they did for me this time was resonalbly priced. Buyer beware!

Technician was very nice and professional. Gave me up front price after diagnosing both problems and completed the work as promised, on time. He arrived on time, didn't make a mess, and was very nice. This was my second experience with Maruci, both excellent.

I had them out initially for a toilet replacement. Fee was reasonable, proceeded with job. However, I called a second time to get an estimate for an extremely simple job (garbage disposal replacement.. literally a 10 minute job) and they refused to even provide an estimate over the phone. I called another company we'd used before who gave me an immediate quote, and I proceeded with that company instead. I understand some jobs require more complex quoting, but to require an on-site fee for an extremely simple repair (along with zero idea of what the final cost would be) seems a bit unreasonable.

I have worked with them before; always good, always clean. We reviewed the issue, I was provided some additional guidance on the cause of the issue and how to prevent in the future (as this was "pilot error"). He then used the outdoor access drain to snake out the clogged drainage system and return the plumbing situation in the kitchen to normal.

It was smooth sailing from the time that I first contacted the office through to the end. Both Wendy & the plumber were very responsive, friendly, & professional. The problem was resolved quickly! Thank you!

My original call was for repair of 2 dripping bathtub faucets. After the tech's arrival I also asked about repair of a sink faucet that also had started to drip, a broken pop up in another sink and fixing a drain closure in one of the tubs. The technician, Larry, knew exactly what parts were needed and accomplished all repairs in good time. I appreciate his professionalism and expertise. The overall cost was fair and they also honored my Angie's list coupon. This is my second time to call Maurici Plumbing (The Clean Plumbers) and will call them again when the need arises. I am impressed with their technicians and level of service.

Team was excellent. On time and thorough. 25 year old valves replaced as I could not get them to stop dripping after replacing a faucet. No problem for the professionals. Pricing was fair and they took the Angie's list coupon without hesitation. John and his partner were quick and left my bathroom clean with no evidence of being there. Great job and would highly recommend this company and the team they provided me.

I am so pleased with Kenny Deal of The Clean Plumbers solving my decades-long drainage problem in the kitchen sinks. I actually feel like I have a new lease on life!! Not only did they schedule same day service, but also showed up at time promised, set up repair area to be very clean and organized, telling me in advance the very reasonable price, and then took plenty of time to get it right and test it thoroughly to be sure. Truly Amazing! He even cut an inch off the depth of right-side sink's drain pipe, thus increasing the slope of drain pipe! Both sides of my kitchen sink now drain fast and completely and, not only that, Kenny also figured out what the underlying problem was, when I showed him photos of the exposed pipes in wall between kitchen and bathroom. The photos confirmed what he already had guessed, that there was improper venting of drain pipes. My former renovating plumber, when he had walls exposed to run new pipes throughout the house, should have replaced the very old metal drainage pipe and venting pipe (which Kenny even noticed was cracked on the way up through the roof to vent. So, he came up with an easy solution. If I understand correctly, he proposes to cut into inconspicuous spot in wall behind my oven, cutting out the old metal drainage pipe, then replacing with new PVC drain and vent pipes all from that inconspicuous access area hidden behind my oven. Perfect solution and not that expensive either - so surprising! I am beyond pleased with service from The Clean Plumbers, especially Kenny Deal.

After trying and failing to clear my clogged kitchen sink, dealing with two toilets that did not work properly (one had a refill tube that kept popping off, and the other did not fill/flush properly), and listening to a leaky faucet, I knew it was time to call professionals. The Clean Plumbers came promptly as scheduled. The plumber, Larry, was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He had to climb on the roof to clear the clogged drain line, which he did very efficiently. He adjusted the fill tube on the master bath toilet and repaired the leaking faucets. He also rebuilt the inside of the toilet tank in the main bathroom. The "clean plumber" isn't just an advertising ploy. No mess was left for me to clean up, and Larry wore shoe covers inside the house. I would definitely recommend this company.
