TB WATER
About us
TB Water is the leader in water purification for residential, commercial, and industrial applications. Living in Florida we have all heard the term "hard water". Private well owners have the responsibility to prove their own means of treating even worse water problems. We do FREE WATER TESTING. We test for common water problems like hardness ( calcium and magnesium ) iron, PH, chlorine and ammonia (chloramine) Hydrogen Sulfide gas, manganese, tannin, iron bacteria and other unique problems. We will beat any estimate on the same equipment or equivalent by 10%. We DO NOT employ ANY commissioned sales reps who use high pressure tactics and scary stories to force you into making a impulse buy. We welcome our customers to shop around other competitors but advise them to compare apples to apples as GOOD THINGS ARE NOT CHEAP AND CHEAP THINGS ARE USUALLY NO GOOD. We service what we sell. We install all of our equipment and back it with a PARTS AND LABOR WARRANTY in addition to the factory warranty provided by the manufacturer. We service all makes and models and do everything from annual filter changes, valve rebuilds, salt deliveries and quarterly maintenance. We test your water before we recommend any repairs in front of you to show you that you are not being swindled. DO NOT LET ANOTHER COMPANY TELL YOU THAT YOUR SYSTEM CANNOT BE REPAIRED. THEY ARE ONLY LOOKING TO HUSTLING YOU INTO BUYING ANOTHER SYSTEM. WE ONLY RECOMMEND REPLACEMENT IF THE EQUIPMENT IS OUTDATED AND THE COST OF REPAIR IS TOO HIGH.

Stellar service
"This customer was sold a USED Water Softener by a company and it needed repair. I see this almost on a daily basis. The customer does not want to spend the money for a quality system they only want to spend the least amount of money possible for a system the filters their water daily, which is a poor decision. A sales rep will offer a low price system or a reconditioned system that they most likely got for free when removing it from a garage after installing a brand new system. they sell it to the customer as a new system which is unethical and deceptive! I had the parts to complete the job but this customer insisted that her home warranty would cover the repair which I highly disagreed with. She wasn't very friendly at all and wanted to take out all of her frustrations on me. I tested her water and found that her softener needed a very common valve service and some replacement parts. Most people don't know that a water softener requires service and has moving parts the are designed to wear out. I then tested her reverse osmosis water next and it was worse than her tap water. I recommended replacing her filters and the membrane and sanitizing the system. She then said a different company had recently performed a filter change and that they supposedly replaced the membrane. She then wanted to complain about that company's poor service and I said that she had a professional at her house now and that she would never have to deal with either of the 2 companies again. In my opinion, she really did not want to spend any money at all to repair the problems. She claimed that she would call these other 2 companies separately and that they would come come fix it for free, which I strongly disagreed with her. I really didn't feel like listening to her complain about poor service from other companies as it had absoluteIy nothing to do with me or my company. I was there and had all the parts and could've had both water softener and reverse osmosis system restored to working again but never had the opportunity. As far as her rating my company I don't feel its fair for a customer to rate any company poorly when no work was performed. It is clear that they really just want to vent their frustrations out on other people. As far as a"
He negotiated a price we could afford and a payment schedule we could live with by, I think, working our project in among others already on his calendar. He did come out in all weather (sometimes quite cold and rainy) to work on the outdoor elements of the system on the days promised, if usually much later than the time promised. He spent a great deal of time adjusting one regulator switch til it worked perfectly.
Though the initial large project caused us some inconvenience, we appreciate Dave's conscientious approach to his business and consideration of our finances, and we will certainly use him for regular system maintenance.
"I came out to evaluate the well water system and found it in deplorable condition. The first thing I realized was that the two different tanks were installed backwards. The inside of the water softener was maybe the worst I have ever seen. The system was not working at all. I discussed what the homeowner could afford to do and upgrading or replacing the equipment was not an option. I chose to work with them and take a down payment for the repairs with another payment to come later. I did say I would be there at an approximate time but bad weather and availability of parts was an issue. I had to patch back together a used system and make it work which was not easy. I disassembled the entire system and rebuilt it all with new parts. The pump and flow switch were not operable and the tank that was intended to remove the chlorine was empty. I advised them to switch to peroxide as it is much safer and less toxic. I had to make several trips to different suppliers to obtain all the parts needed. I had other scheduled jobs with other customers and did my best to work them into my busy week to get their well water system operational. I spent many hours adjusting and trouble shooting the system until it worked as it was designed to. I worked in the rain and cold to get this job done and I was there over the course of 3 days."
"[Member name removed] was never given any training and never told how the system she purchased operates. She heard her system in a regeneration cycle at 2 am which is totally normal. The company that sold her the system never stayed in contact with her so one positive came out of her finding TB Water on Angie's List, now she has a reliable company to service and maintain her system. The company that installed the system must have sent an unqualified installer to do the job because he overlooked the pre plumbed drain line next to the plumbing loop. All he had to do was connect the drain line to the 1/2 inch CPVC pipe that runs to th back of the washer and drains. Instead he takes a simple job and complicates it by drilling a hole through the wall of her garage and digs a 1/2 ft hole and lets the salt water discharge onto her lawn. I removed the drain line and correctly connected the drain line where it was designed to go. [Member name removed] was never offered a Reverse Osmosis Drinking Water System. Purified Drinking water is something every family needs. I installed our Premium Quick change system with brushed nickel faucet and now the [member name removed]'s no longer spend money on bottled water. They now have purified water flowing from a faucet for cooking and drinking. We value new customers and our company's goal is customer satisfaction."
My experience over the past 2 years with Dave and TB Water has been exceptional. He has always been responsive and available to quickly take care of my needs. My new water softener system has performed very well. In addition to installing the new unit, Dave visits my home annually to check the system and refill salt levels. My family of 6 enjoy the soft water in the shower and bathroom clean up is much easier with soft water.
The reverse osmosis water drinking system also have been a great new addition. Dave installed the new system in minutes and also comes by and checks the filter once a year. My family was going through a case of water each week. I'm saving a lot of money with the new system and the water tastes better and is much better quality of water than what you get with bottled water. I highly recommend Dave and TB Water to anyone considering either a water softener or drinking water system.
We interviewed several water softener companies and choose TB Water for the following reasons:
1. Dave sold us the system, he installed the system, and he performs yearly maintenance on the system. Since we moved into a new house and new area, we did not know who to call or which system we needed to install.
2. Dave provided us a detailed demonstration of the water softener product which was superior to the his competitors. He provided us with brochures and detailed information about the product so that we could not only learn about the system, but compare it to his competitors.
3. Dave guarantees his work and has complete knowledge of all water softener systems.
4. We even choose to install the reverse osmosis system and now have crystal clear drinking water.
5. We no longer need to buy water in plastic bottles.
6. Dave was always available to answer any of our installation questions or questions about the system we were purchasing.
7. We highly recommend TB Water as we are 100% satisfied with the service and system which Dave installed personally.
8. We recommend Dave to all of our neighbors who want to find out more about installing water softening systems.
