My septic pump wasn't working correctly. They came right out and addressed the cause of what was going on (not treating the symptom like others before them had). Got the work done the same day and had a person come by and do follow up to make sure everything was flowing smoothly. Have them on my Contacts list now!

I hired Jeff's team for a septic examination. These guys are professional. Everything was taken care of for 1 fair price. And these guys are Veteran Friendly. I felt well taken care of.

The pump man was very knowledgeable BUT the company that they recommended for electric work was the worst rip off EVER! After the owner of the company come to my home and it still wasn't fixed! What a rip off - to have to pay $305 for NOTHING. I found someone that found the right peice and he fixed it in a couple of minutes!

Hired Tampa Bay Plumbers to perform septic inspection for a pre-real estate sale and to give estimate for connecting home to sewer. Excellent customer service before appointment and excellent communication/ease of scheduling with office. Technician and helper arrived on time, discovered they were unable to complete Inspection due to condition of septic, showed me the problems, explained options, and re-covered the septic system with dirt. Professional, polite, helpful, and honest. The customer service was excellent from calling an hour before arrival to coordinating the estimator to arrive at the same time as the inspector. I will now call Tampa Bay Plumbers for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

They showed up same day, professionally handled the issue, very personable and did what they said they would do. Called ahead of time to let me know they were on the way. Very professional & reasonable price.

Very professional! Worked quickly and installed the whole system in two days. Inspection and alarm hook-up done within a week afterwards. I will definitely use them again for other plumbing issues!

The customer call line was good and polite, wish we could say the same for the Techs. Two days in a row, they were no shows for scheduled appointments. We were previous customers, however, somehow Jeff was unable to find our house and when I called him (twice) it went straight to voicemail. He did eventually show up 45 minutes after he said he would be here and was less than apologetic, blaming earlier customers. This speaks volumes of overall customer dedication and satisfaction and we will not be return customers.
