When I contacted John he responded immediately with an attempt to correct things via a phone connection to my computer. After trying many ways to solve the issue we decided it would be more effective to drop the unit off at John's home. This done, John called me the next morning to say it was fixed and it could be picked up. Apparently there was a conflict caused by my anti-malware software. We agreed to remove it as I also had at least two other software programs to control malware. I am very pleased with John's prompt help and knowledge and his effective correction of the problem. Certainly I will use his services again should I have a problem. I recommend SymbaTech and John Ledden.

Several days prior, I rec'vd an email titled and quot;Delivery Notificationand quot;, indicating the USPS had attempted to deliver a package, but no one was at my office to receive it. It directed me to download and print a and quot;labeland quot; and pick up at the nearest post office . It just so happens, I was awaiting delivery of several packages. When I clicked the link to what appeared to be a Word document, my computer immediately started closing down programs and re-booted itself. Apparently, I had downloaded some type of virus.

I attempted to remove the virus myself using a free online program; however, no luck. Called and left message for John @ Symbatech. He returned call about 30 min later and jumped right on it. He was able to connect to my computer remotely and went through misc. steps and scans to locate harmful files and removed them. Now, my computer runs as smoothly as before.

This guy definitely knows his business and is very efficient. I'm fortunate to have discovered him and I'm planning to use him for all my business and personal IT needs in the future.

.My Toshiba laptop had a blank screen and only a line blinking at the top. I thought I hit all the F buttons on restart, but could not find a way for my computer to read my recovery cd. I went to Angie's list for anyone with more than one A and that was close to me. I found John. John was able to get the laptop reading the disc drive again at startup and only took a few minutes.

I brought it to John at Symba Systems and since the problem came and went, it was difficult to track down. After trying several solutions, he figured out that a couple of parts needed replacing. Since I have gotten it back from him it has worked perfectly. I couldn't be happier.

John was very prompt in returning my phone calls and e-mail messages. He was professional and courteous in all interactions. He seemed knowledgeable about computers and understood what I was looking for as well as what I could afford to pay. The final charge was exactly the same as the estimate.

I checked the list. I selected Symba. Called and promptly received a return phone call. John indicated his potential availability on the same day provided I had a bit of flexibility in my schedule. He provided adequate notice of his availability. He came, diagnosed, repaired, billed and we went on our individual ways.

I CONTACTED JOHN LEDDEN'S CELL NUMBER AND LEFT A VOICE MESSAGE. HE CONTACTED ME WITHIN TEN MINUTES, AND STATED HE WOULD BE OVER IN 30 MINUTES. IT ACTUALLY TOOK HIM 35 MINUTES. HE NOT ONLY GOT THE COMPUTER UP AND RUNNING, HE CLEANED OUT A LOT OF TRASH (FILES) THAT HAD GATHERED OVER THE YEARS. SPENT 3 HOURS ASSISTING ME. GREAT JOB AT A WONDERFUL PRICE.
