We were very pleased with Steve. He sold our home at full asking price and timed closing perfectly for our move overseas - no easy feat! He stood out from other realtors at our initial visit when he came armed with specific comps and figures. He was professional throughout the entire selling process and very responsive. Selling a house can be stressful but Steve's calm and steady hand really made it as stress-free as possible.

Steve was very helpful every step of the way from selling our home to helping us purchase a new home. He is really patient, friendly and knowledgeable. He is also very ethical and trust-worthy.  He dedicated a lot of time to helping us find just the right home. We are really pleased with the job he did as our realtor and will definitely call him again if we need another realtor in the future.

Steve went above and beyond finding us a home. We had a pretty small area to work with given the location we wanted to be in. One of the best qualities, was his availability on nights and weekends. We were impressed how fast he learned what our tastes were and immediately knew which houses to suggest. 
We had some requirements such as a fenced yard for our dog. One house he showed us didn?t have a fence and we were not sure
what was allowed by the HOA. Steve went out of his way and contacted a fence contractor and the HOA and had a pre-approved
written estimate completed before we even put in an offer on the house.
I highly recommend Steve and would use him again.

Steve Cooley was an absolute blessing throughout our entire home buying experience.  He was always upfront and honest, and we truly trusted his advice and judgement.  Steve always had our best interest in mind, and helped us to sift through all of our options, before choosing the home that really fit our vision.  We never felt pressured or rushed, and Steve always made himself available to show us homes, or take our calls/emails.  He was very thorough with his answers to all of our question, and really helped us understand the entire home buying process.  If we're ever ready to purchase another home, there's nobody that we would trust besides Steve!

I am in the military and move frequently.  Over the past 12 years,  I have purchased 4 homes.  My experience with Steve was certainly the best.  He was extremely responsive and really did his homework, as well as plenty of legwork.  

Steve got us a great deal in a great location.  He was very proactive and took actions above and beyond to identify potential friction points ahead of time and prevent problems. 

He was extremely patient and worked with us for nearly 6 months, including working a sale that eventually fell through (no fault of his!)  Steve went above and beyond--even taking care of things that should've been done by the seller or other third parties.  He also works with a lot of military service members and understands the constraints of a military move--including distance / virtual home searches and coordination.
