I was impressed by the thoroughness. He replaced rotted wood and redid a long segment of the roof. Was not able to finish on the day and came back on the weekend to finish the job. After the work was completed we had that one week of heavy rainfalls and to my delight everything stayed dry on my patio.

Whenever I have a roof leak, Mannie’s son comes and checks. It is usually a loose shingle and they glue it down.

Responsive and punctual but the vent installed was cheap and without a collar to attach the bathroom exhaust flexible pipe. When a company cuts corners on the products used, I shop elsewhere in the future. Very dissatisfied with the outcome.

Badly. We are told that the crew that replaced our roof was fired. But that didn't mean that our future leaks and issues were paid for, they were out of pocket for us.
Response from Stay Dry Roofing of Tampa Bay Inc

"We apologize for any inconvenience, but please be advised of the following, We had originally set up an appointment with one of our estimators as the roof was 12+ years old. Our estimator had then provided an estimate the day of. We had set this repair up for approximately 3 weeks as we were busy during the hurricane season. An attempt was made to have you moved up, but our current customers had been waiting for 3 weeks as well and it would be unfair to push them out further than the time they were originally given. Approximately 2-3 days prior to the start date of the repair work, Mr. [Member Name Removed] had advised us he no longer wanted us to perform the work and thereby cancelled the contract."

The first repair looked good, but next storm water leaked. Notified Stay Dry and they came out to inspect and found the problem. They fixed the problem and we've been dry since then.

We needed an area of our roof repaired, so we called Stay Dry because they are local and had good reviews on the community Facebook page. Stay Dry missed their original appointment and there was a lack of communication around rescheduling the appointment. However, they promptly responded to our review and sent their crew leader Brian to fix the roof. Brian was great. We appreciate that Stay-Dry quickly responded to our review.

The workers themselves who came to check out the roof were good. However I asked for a written report of how things looked along with the quote to fix couple items that are still pending to be able to use the $100 credit I have but I never received anything. I was told that they will tell the office to do so but no one followed up. I am still waiting....

Curtis has done three roofs in my neighborhood. He is very accommodating. They installed our 30 year roof. They are very polite and trustworthy.

The fascia these folks 'Repaired' was worked on last year. They didn't touch or even look at--apparently--place that needs work. Their invoice states they don't charge for estimates but their Angie's list offer is a charge of $157 but only gives $100 towards repair. What's the $57 for?

We went with another highly rated Angie's List company. This company noted that the previous repairs were not done appropriately.

He fixed the leak at a very reasonable price and explained to me what he found. Daniel was very professional and gave me what looked like a reasonable price for a new roof, as well as taking care of the leak.

They gave me a date to start the roof replacement and arrived by 8 am on the day promised. I have to say these are the hardest working men I have ever seen and they daily updated me on the progress and what was going to be done the next day. Many days they worked past the end of their working day to complete what they were working on to dry the roof in after that work day. They never left without cleaning up the property. Except for the dumpster, you would not even know they had been there that day. I would highly recommend them for any roofing job. What a pleasrue to do business with a company that does what they say they are going to do!

Great! From setting up the initial visit and estimate to work completion, everything went quickly and smoothly. Curtis and his assistant even took the time to replace a couple of nails on the garage roof.

My house also has shingles, which did not need redoing but they had to tie in the flat roof to the shingle roof, which meant running a part of the flat roofing up under 3-4 rows of shingles. They used Modified Bitumen on my roof. Curtis is the main supervisor of all the jobs and he was the one who came out, looked at my house and gave me the initial estimate and explained what would be the best roofing material to use. I needed to have questions answered later on and Curtis always returned my phone call and answered my questions. He was the best; actually his whole crew that worked on my roof was great. They completed the job in one day....working non-stop. Out of the 4 estimates I got, I feel very happy that I went with Stay Dry. They did it all and my flat roof looks beautiful. I don't think anyone else could have done the job any better. One of the other companies gave me an estimate for twice the amount Stay Dry did it for, and wanting to use TPO instead of the Modified Bitumen. Apparently, that is the only flat roof material they work with. TPO does not work well under shingles.

I called stay dry during the time tropical storm hermie was here. They were very polite and attentive over the phone, giving me a few time options to fit my schedule. We agreed on a Time the next day. When Daniel showed up he was just as polite and attentive in person and very professional. He first took a look and assess the situation. And then came back and to let me know what the problem was and how much it would cost to repair, at that time I had agreed to have service done it was done prompt and professionally. The price was very fair. It was such a pleasurable experience I will not hesitate to call them back out to service my roof when needed again. And I will highly recommend them to anyone and all. Thanks again!
