I left a message and the next day I was called to make an appointment for an inspection. The estimator examined the roof and described what he proposed to do to fix the leak. The repair was scheduled and the repairman arrived on time. He proceeded to remove the material from the valley junction and described what he found and how the repair would be performed. The work was performed two weeks ago and last night it finally rained, a real downpour over several hours. There was no sign of any water intrusion.

Bill from Stay-Dry was cheerful and confident as he began the investigation of the leak cause. The result is an improvement over the original design. It is a nice looking corner now, looks correct and strong and I imagine that it is "Godzilla-proof."

Stay Dry roofing was here in a flash and saved us much money. After an exam of the leak situation, they identified that we weren't having a problem with our roof, but a leak due to our AC draining pan which was leaking down from the ceiling and wall (this was a result of a shotty AC company we'll never use again). Anyway, Stay Dry Roofing simply fixed adjusted the drain pan and the "leak" was fixed at no charge. We will most certainly use them again for ANY future roofing needs (it's only a matter of time) and constantly refer friends, family, and Neighbors to them. We really appreciate their punctuality, professionalism, honesty, and integrity.... Thank you SDR!

Manny Sotolongo came to the home, identified the problem and fixed it in 10 minutes. Though I tried very hard to pay him, he refused payment. Needless to say, this was an unusual and very pleasant experience. I strongly recommend Stay-Dry and Angie's List.

Well done, from the estimate to the completion. I have some prior bad experience with another roofing company, but these guys are good. They were reasonably priced, stayed to the penny on their quote, and they did everything exactly on schedule. They even came by afterwards, inspected the work and answered all questions. Very professional.

Excellent. They showed up every morning before 8am. Worked straight until job was complete. The clean up was very good too.

I am very impressed with Stay-Dry's service and professionalism. From the initial consultation with Manny, through the final inspection with Curtiss, including questions to Jennifer at the office in between, Stay-Dry provided exceptional customer service and quality work. Because of a previous water intrusion they sent out a repair team to provide a temporarily fix until work began due to the possibility of rain. The work actually started ahead of schedule and progressed without incident. The work area was cleaned of debris and Curtiss came out a second time to run the metal detector for pickup of residual nails because of concern for the dog. All questions were answered at the time of final inspection and the final payment was exactly what the estimate called for.

Very professional company, the crew was polite and kept the property clean daily. Final inspection before payment a good touch.

They did what they said they were going to. They came out due to a leak I was having and repaired it for no additional charge. I would refer them to anyone which I have done so already.

They were very good. Their prices were fair. They were courteous and they knew what they were doing - next time I have a problem I am definitely calling them.

This company did an excellent job. We have had two rainstorms since the replacement and there are no leaks, not even around the fireplace or the skylights. The area was cleaned up and I did not find nails, old shingles, etc. or anything in the yard. Of course there will always be a few stray cellophane pieces but I would expect that from any company. My neighbors, who used a different company, still complain about all the roofing material that they find in their yard from their roof replacement. Everyone in the company was very nice and did an excellent job. I would recommend this company to anyone. Oh, and they were the lowest of three quotes that I received and they showed the Angie's List discount on the bill. They also disclosed all of their license information (without me asking) and they do not use subcontractors.

They were really fast. They knew what they were doing. They did a really good job both times! They did the job professionally and they were all very nice. I had no complaints. They picked up all their trash.

A job canceled so Curtis called to confirm that the crew could begin a day early (approximately one week after signing the contract) but I was concerned since I was out of town and wanted to see the damaged area before it was repaired. The crew began on the opposite side of the roof saving the leaking side for the next day. The crew arrived very early around 7:30 and got to work. They were extremely professional, allowed me to inspect the work and answered all my questions. They also came and got me once they had the damaged area exposed so I could see it both before and again afterwords. They explained the new roofing material and how the installation would prevent future problems. They finished late afternoon on the second day and the trailer with the debris was gone before 7 am the third day. The work site was spotless and they had to work around a lot of landscaping. I could not be more pleased with the crew and the final walk through with Curtis. Excellent experience!

We had to call them several times and I am not impressed with their service. They did fix this problem.

It was like clock work! Starting with the time the estimate was given until the roof was finished only took ten days! They arrived the first day promised and were done by the end of the second day. If it wasn't for bin used for the old roofing materials, we would not have known they were here. The company's superintendent checked the final work the next morning and arrived at the same time the as the bin was picked up. I had even made a call a few days before the work started concerned about roofing nails that might end up in the yard where the children play and was assured they do several sweeps with a metal detector to pick up any loose ones. We have yet to find even one. We are extremely satisfied with how the work was done, quality of the roof, and thorough clean up. The representatives are courteous, knowledgeable, and informative about every aspect of the job.

He did show up late, and I had to call to find out where they were. But they did a good job. I haven't had anymore leaks since. Their communication with the client was very good.

Based on my home inspection I needed ridge vents repaired, which the previous home owners had to pay for. I called Manny back for more questions about the roof and it turns out the problem was with the aluminum on the house and not the ridge vents, even though he does not do this normally he did the repairs at no cost! I highly recommend them!

From the estimate that was very competitive and the new roof placement the workers did a very good job. It was done as promised, they cleaned nicely after the job and a couple of days later the chimney was replaced and painted. The cut in the screen that I reported was corrected by the replacement of one piece of the affected screen. The gutters in the front were left not in the best shape however they were already old and the initial quality of the material was poor so they need to be replaced anyway.

Overall my experience with Stay-Dry was excellent and stress free. I called several places for estimates; most companies did not call back. When I called Jennifer at Stay-Dry, she indicated that Manny was not in the office, he would get my message that evening, and he would return my call within a day or two. I was pleasantly surprised when Manny returned my call that same evening at 7 pm. Manny arrived on time for the estimate, worked around my schedule, and explained everything clearly and in detail. There were no surprises when the work was being done. Everything was scheduled and completed in a timely manner. I received the estimate on July 2, I scheduled the roof for July 25, it was completed on July 26, and Curtis completed a final inspection on July 28. Everyone was very courteous, pleasant, and informative at Stay-Dry. I felt very at ease through the entire process. Aside from a few napkins, straws and cigarette butts, the work crew left the work area clean.

Stay Dry showed up right on time, went about the work in a businesslike manner, did all that they were asked to, cleaned up when done. They did a great job. Started at 8am and finished at 5pm. They sent two inspectors to check on their roof for quality.

They took more of an interest in helping me decide on the roof color and how it would go with the house, than the other companies did.

Awesome! We had a leak where the flat roof meets the main house. Curtis came out and sealed it for us and we weren't even customers yet. We got some estimates and decided on Stay Dry. We faxed the contract and the job was scheduled to begin in 2 weeks. WOW! We requested if possible for the job to be done in one day and it was. Way to go Curtis. We are very happy with Stay Dry and Curtis!

I called the secretary on Monday morning asking if they did work in Sun City Center. She said yes. She took my phone number and a worker called me that evening and I made an appointment for Thursday morning. When the worker arrived he told me they don't fix tile roofs. He said he drove a long way out here for nothing. He had plenty of time (2 days) to call and ask me what kind of roof I had. Sun City Center is known to have mostly tile roofs. They did claim they did work here. They wasted valuable time when I could have been calling other roofers to come and fix the leak.

Called for an estimate in a.m. and receivd an instant call back and set up an appointment same day. I received an estimate that was satisfactory and I signed the contract. I was given start date of within two weeks. They arrived on time and completed the job in one day. The workers were excellent. The clean up was also excellent. The next morning two supervisors showed up to check the job.
