I recently had my tires rotated here as well as my oil changed. The clown who rotated my tires failed to fully tighten the lug nuts on the right rear tire. While driving on the highway the next day the rear wheel began to vibrate and shimmy. I pulled over to check for a flat and found 2 lug nuts missing and the others only finger tight. I had my wife and one of my children in the truck. This complete lack of competence on the part of the Speedlane employee could have caused our death....When I called the manager his attitude was "ok, what do you want me to do about it". This business is staffed by bums. I am taking legal action and filing a formal complaint with the city of Tampa.
