Walter and simplified AV has done other work in the past for me and I will continue to call them for my AV/Security needs. Very easy to work, priced competitively and stands behind the work they do.

I was interested in updating my A/V system. My TV was" state of the art" -  8 years ago. My AV Receiver didn't have bluetooth, streaming, Airplay and it did not have the capability or "functionality" within different "zones" in my house and patio, these were key reasons for my decision to upgrade my system. I did my home work and budget and narrowed my choices down to three Angie's list providers. I originally decided on the provider that had the highest score but they wouldn't allow me to pay the way I wanted and fought me on pricing and terms.  I decided to give the new Angie list member "Simplified AV" the go ahead after meeting with Lee Daughtery several times before consummating the deal.  He answered my many questions, he suggested and offered valuable insights and more importantly he seemed to understand what I was looking to achieve - within my budget. They also didn't nickel and dime me for stuff like credit card fee surcharges, terms and even negotiated price in good faith.

The installation was quick, clean and methodical.  Lee's crew was on time and was in and out in less than two hours.  Lee stayed to install apps on my phone, synchronize my components and give me tutorials on the new features.  He stayed until I felt comfortable with my new system and more importantly to me - stayed in close contact with the inevitable follow up questions and issues.

Simplified AV is the new kid on the "Angie's Block."  It turned out to be the right choice for me and I recommend them to anyone contemplating installing or updating there surround sound AV system.

Lee O' Daughtery's crew was organized and thorough in the installation of my surround sound and video system.. The installation was smooth and rapid. Once all the equipment was installed - Lee stayed to program and fine tune the system. Once that was complete he gave me an individual tutorial and even wrote down important reminders on a cheat sheet.  More importantly, Lee followed up after the installation to see if other questions or issues arose after he left the premises.

I highly recommend Simplified AV for their professionalism, fair pricing and follow up after the sale.  Not everyone is an electronic genius and the laymen (me) appreciated his expertise and

attention to detail.

I needed some last minute work done, the day before new year's eve, and most companies wanted nothing to do with me.  I got a call from the owner, Walter- who was willing to work me in at the end of his day.  I don't think he left until 10pm, as he wanted to make sure everything was perfect.
It was obvious he was highly knowledgeable, but he had incredible patience as I asked a ton of questions.  He made sure the setup worked, and even made some custom modifications (that he didn't need to) that saved a lot of time in how we use our system.  Their name fits perfectly- they not only set things up on the wall- they made it simple to use.
One of the best things- several times when I asked about upgrades, that he certainly could have made money on, he said I didn't really need it, or could add later.  I've dealt with plenty of companies that I didn't feel I could trust... wasn't the case here.
I would HIGHLY recommend Simplified AV, whether you've got a huge project or a simple tv mounting project like mine.  They've got the experience, as well as the integrity- to do the job right.
