Servicore Clean Carpet Cleaning & Tile Care

Did a great job. I had a groupon and they gave me an estimate for what was above the cost of the groupon. The windows were really clean when they were done. Very happy with the job he did.

Servicore cleaned/pressure washed our wood fence. The results are amazing! We are relatively new homeowners and were contemplating replacing the fence. After the cleaning, it almost looks like new. The gentleman from Servicore was on his knees all around the yard to ensure he didn't miss a spot. Mike, the principal of Servicore, was professional in setting up and confirming the appointment. Servicore arrived on time, and was thorough and professional.. After the initial pressure washing, a final inspection was performed. It appears that Servicore has adopted the philosophy that cleanliness is next to godliness. We will definitely use Servicore again.

Michael and another person came to clean our windows and long story short....the services provided were not up to the standard we expected. Some of the windows were still foggy or streaky after cleaning and I had to ask for them to be recleaned. I would think they would have noticed this on their quality check. Also, they broke a sprinkler head outside and I had to contact Michael several times for a follow-up on when we would be receiving a reimbursement check. Additionally, the spare room had a dark film on it that I asked Michael to remove it and my husband gave him some "strong remover" for him to use. The window still paint was ruined from this cleaner, there were water spots on the hard wood floor that I had to clean up afterward, and THE FRONT WINDOW was not locked after they were done recleaning it. They shut the blinds but DIDNT LOCK THE WINDOW. A major rain occurred and caused water damage to the window sill and blinds. And lastly, the windows fog up and show terrible streak marks from whatever they used to clean. Its a mess! I contacted Michael directly to advise him of these issues and he never followed through with any remediation. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of work provided, but far more disappointed in the lack of responsiveness and willingness to correct our dissatisfaction.
