Mike, the principal of Servicore, was professional in setting up and confirming the appointment. Servicore arrived on time, and was thorough and professional.. After the initial pressure washing, a final inspection was performed.
It appears that Servicore has adopted the philosophy that cleanliness is next to godliness.

"Mr & Mrs [removed member name], Unfortunately, our company cannot warranty service work 2 ½ months after completion. This is why we reviewed the work with you before leaving to ensure satisfaction. After the walk thru, you thanked and compensated us for our service with no mention of any unsatisfactory work. I am sure we would have received a call from you at least a few days later had you noticed any unsatisfactory work and not 2 ½ months. We even performed additional window scraping, decalcification services and window film removal with no added fees after walking thru with you. Immediately after the incident with the sprinkler, you were informed that a head had been broken and offered to have our vendor repair it. You declined in favor of your sprinkler vendor completing the repair. I stated that our company would reimburse you for the repair. You were reimbursed for the $50.00 repair within 7 – 10 days of your forwarding the paid invoice to our office. With regard to damage done to your window sill, you were informed that we did not come prepared to remove window film after asking to remove film from two of your bedroom panes. Your husband then volunteered a chemical that would remove the adhesive if it would enable us to remove the film during the current visit. I obliged your request and proceeded removing the window film with chemical. Not knowing how the supplied chemical would work, I informed [removed member name] that the chemical was very strong and was causing some damage to the paint on the window sill. He stated to be careful and could touch it up later. You were pleased with the outcome of the window panes after the film was removed at no additional cost to you. We believe a quality service was provided to your home as we strive to provide 100% satisfaction to each of our clients. This is evident by the more than 99% approval rating of all of our current clients and additional free services provided to you as a bonus just to say thank you for the opportunity to do business with you.
