UNTRUSTWORTHY, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNORGANIZED. I had multiple communications with Steve before attempting to bring him my computer. He made me pay up front because I was on a time crunch and then never told me I had to make an appointment. I asked multiple times if he needed any other info from me. Of course the day comes and he can't meet me. Then promises a refund multiple times and never delivers. Go somewhere else if you want someone who you can count on.

Steve quickly diagnosed my issue and told me that the hard drive needed to be replaced. He was very professional and efficient in installing the new hard drive. I was able to pick it up later the same day. Highly recommend this company.

Steve runs a tidy, organized shop, knows his stuff and offers prompt, courteous service. he diagnosed my failed hard drive and successfully transferred the information over to a replacement drive within 24 hours. I recommend him for any Apple service- he seems to specialize in computers.

A quick internet search will tell you that this business has won lots of awards for service. I'm here to tell you that they are all deserved. Steve diagnosed my problem within minutes and replaced the hard drive overnight. The computer was ready when he said it would be.
Admittedly, this store doesn't do warranty repairs for Apple products, but if your product is out of warranty this is the place to go. The customer experience is so much better than the Apple Store -- quicker, more knowledgeable, and more professional. Apple tech support told me the cost to fix my iMac would be a flat $320 plus the cost of the hard drive. I'm sure they would have charged me at least $200 for the part, so the cost would have been well over $500. Steve did the entire repair in less than 24 hours for $200 total.
If every business was like this, the world would be a better place! Thanks Steve.
