Perfection!!!

After attempting to snake out the blockage myself (and making the situation worse) I decided to call a professional. I scheduled the appointment online on a Sunday for the following day, had a confirmation within an hour, and they called at the start of the service window time quoted to tell me the technician was on his way. Upon arrival the technician ask a few questions and listened to my explanation of what was happening and then snaked the line via the clean-out fitting. The whole process took approximately 30 minutes and everything drains the way it should (in fact better than expected, the 'gurgling' sound the drains made when the washer drained is completely gone - guess there was a blockage for some time). Definitely not a complicated problem but I appreciated the promptness of the service and the professionalism of the technician. Think the price was a bit high all things considered but I guess it beats drains that don't drain.

They let me know that it hadn't. The price was a little high. It was more than the last time I had it pumped, but they were very prompt. The gentleman that came out was very courteous.

we had two backed up toliets no working bathrooms and they said they would be here early in the morning before we saw patients and they were two hours late. unexceptable

They had to replace some of the pipes. They were excellent. They were very clean and responsive.

The man that came out broke all of our sprinkler system as he was trying to determine where the septic system was. He broke pipes and also broke another one that was gushing, that he left there and had someone else come out to cap. When our sprinkler system wasn't working, they said it wasn't their fault. The landscaper came to check our system and said that it was poked full of holes and that's why it wansn't working. It cost $300 to get it fixed. Roto Rooter kept telling me that the check was in the mail. Finally after weeks I informed them that I would submit them to the BBB, I then got the check 2 days later. 6 months after they did the work, I had to have my tank emptied again. I would never, never, recomend them to anyone.

Called 1-800-768-6911 to make and appointment for 7/25/09 at 8:00AM, I received a call at 9:00 AM on Sat indicating that the Plumber was running late. No call till 11:00, I asked if there was an ETA when the plumber would be out to fix my leaking pipe. Main dispatcher indicated she would have to call me back in 5 minutes. Never heard back from her, at 12:15 I called the main number again asking for a status, the dispatcher again said she had no idea on ETA and she would have to get back with me. I told her to please just cancel my service appointment. Not sure this is an issue with the local plumber or if it is just the scheduling department. (I am not sure how the company is set up)

I wouldn't have rated them very highly the first time around because we had to have them back within the year. The second time they seemed to do a good job and we haven't had any problems since. I felt that their price was reasonably fair. The quality of their work stunk the first time but was much better on the return visit. The only reason we used them again was so they could finally do the job right. We will not be using them again.

We went on-line over the weekend and scheduled the appointment from the website. You can choose the day and the time frame you want the service or estimate. They send an e-mail confirmation of your request. The company contacted us early that morning to let us know the technician would be there in an hour. Although it was really 2 hours later, the technician, David Price, arrived and completed the work in about 1 1/2 hours. He was pleasant and professional. He cleared out more than one problem area in our drains. He gave us a gallon of their product to use for maintaining the drains and said if we used it as directed, we would never have to call again. They also gave us a 6 month guarantee on the work. I felt the price was very reasonable, as we had a plumbing company out in the past to do similar work and it was much more expensive. I am very happy with the results.

Robert arrived to assist us. He was pleasant, professional, and knew his job. He corrected all problems with in a hours time.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND WILLING TO STAY UNTIL THE WORK WAS DONE. THE PIPE HAD BEEN BROKEN FOR A LONG TIME AND HE GINGERLY TOOK OFF THE SIDING ON OUR HOUSE TO GET TO THE PIPE. WHEN HE DID NOT HAVE THE PIECES WITH HIM THAT HE NEEDED, HE WENT TO HD TO GET THEM AND RETURNED TO COMPLETE THE JOB. HE GAVE US GOOD ADVICE ABOUT OUR ''OLD'' HOME AND THE PLUMBING ISSUES THAT WE HAVE BEEN HAVING. IT WAS A LITTLE EXPENSIVE, BUT THE GUARANTEE CAME WITH IT AND IT WAS WORTH IT TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL.

HORRIBLE, WISH I HAD CHECKED ANGIES LIST FIRST, BUT I WAS IN A HURRY. NEVER EVER USE THEM!! FIRST, OVERPRICED. SECOND, BAIT AND SWITCH (QUOTED ONE PRICE FOR THE JOB THEN HALF WAY THROUGH SAY ITS BY THE PIPE AND DOUBLE THE PRICE). THIRD, DISHONEST EMPLOYEE. AFTER UPPING THE PRICE, HE OFFERS TO DO IT FOR $80 LESS OFF THE BOOKS. SOUNDS LIKE A GREAT SCAM TO ME. I DIDNT TAKE HIM UP ON THE OFFER BECAUSE I WANTED THE JOB ON THE BOOKS. WHEN I COMPLAINED TO MANAGEMENT, AFTER I GAVE THEM TIME TO RESEARCH, THEY SAID THEY COUNSELED THE EMPLOYEE AND THEN STATED THEIR POLICY WAS BY THE PIPE BUT THAT THERE SHOULD BE A 25% DISCOUNT ON SECOND PIPE. TRANSLATION, THEY OFFERED ME $50. CONSIDERING I COULD HAVE SAVED $80 WITH THEIR DISHONEST EMPLOYEE, MAYBE I SHOULD HAVE TAKEN HIM UP ON IT. IM STILL WAITING FOR THE CHECK, A MONTH AND A HALF LATER. TERRIBLE. THATS ALL I CAN SAY.

THE TOTAL BILL WAS FOR THREE DIFFERENT TRIPS TO MY HOUSE AND THE DRIVING AROUND TOWN FOR PARTS. I WAS WITHOUT A TOILET IN MY HOME FOR 5 DAYS AND MY TOILET IS STILL LEAKING.
