I recently had Roto-Rooter replace my water heater, and the experience was outstanding! Justin and Mike arrived right on time and did a fantastic job. Scott later came to check the gas and was equally knowledgeable, explaining the issue with the gas regulator in detail. I chose Roto-Rooter because of a great experience I had with them 15 years ago, and once again, they did not disappoint. Honest, professional, and thorough—highly recommend their services! They all deserve a raise!

Eduart was awesome. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the issue and resolved it extremely quickly. In order to fix the issue it was required to remove a toilet and Eduart was very professional and took great care with the toilet and surrounding area. Would highly recommend Eduart and Roto-Rooter for you plumbing needs

Eduart is an amazing plumber. He came in and did such a great job of assessing everything and fixed the issues completely. Eduart deserves a raise. Pay this man more money. He is a God sent. He fixed everything in a timely manner. Amazing job and a good guy. Hire him. Pay him more money.

Description of Work: They broke off an auger head in my drain and didnt tell me. Then they told me they would have to dig up my pipe for $5,000 and that we would have to leave the house for 4 days. We called a nother company, which found the problem and took care fo everything for $3,000. We may file a claim against roto-rooter

Description of Work: They came to take out toilet and they were to match it to the sink and bathtub. When finished we notived that we had a white toilet instead of tan. They told us that we needed to buy the right color. Then they were going to bill us for both installations and toilets. So now we paid for two toilets and one and a half installations.
