All of their employees were professional and obviously knew what they were doing. They were quick and effeciant, but not to take away from the excellent workmanship. We recommend them to anyone looking to revitalize their pool. Call them for an honest estimate.

I can t say enough about everyone that I dealt with at Pool Patrol for my pool resurfacing and light fixture replacement. I knew everything that was happening start to finish and the job was completed quickly and professionally. My pool has never looked better. Would highly recommend!!

We had our pool resurfaced and all the old pavers removed and new ones put in. What a remarkable job Ronny and his team did. We are very pleased with the end result. The pool and pool deck look awesome. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Excellent job!! My pool is absolutely beautiful. It has never looked this good. I had the entire pool area done with pavers. I had new tiles around the top of the pool and the pool resurfaced. I am completely satisfied and highly recommend!

Unprofessional, Sloppy, Abusive and Absent even after 7 months trying and STILL A BROKEN SPA. $11,460 to start, day 39 another $11,000, 96% of job. We just wanted a remodel of the pool and deck. The pool was otherwise functioning very well. I hired them and they started very quickly in early July 2019. We wanted to have it finished by early September for a special event and Ronny said that it was not a problem and he would be completely done. His workers were only temp contractors, crews changed several times at odd times. Most did not know who Ronny was. Almost none spoke English. The workers left the pool bath filthy almost every day. Melon rinds, pizza, wrappers, cans, left on the deck and in yard. Flies and cockroaches everywhere. We complained to Ronny. Ronny quickly became angry with us (not his workers) and would get verbally abusive. F-bombed by a contractor? My entire pool looked more like a war zone, not a paradise so we stuck it out. We had no interest in fighting with an F-bombing contractor. We just wanted the pool finished. In late August and the workers started to plaster the pool and spa. The workers plastered over the spa air bubblers. Days later other guys came to re-drill the spa air holes but had no idea where the holes should be. They did not have the tools for drilling cement. We all tried calling Ronny to no avail. The holes were drilled haphazardly, none worked (no air bubbles). They tried to patch the all of the holes but it looked horrible. This was all working before Ronny and The Gang. These guys then just continued filling the pool/spa with water because I had gone to work. Later I found the spa filled and full of plaster debris. Called Ronny but after 6pm/weekends he is done and will not take calls. He called the next day and promised to make it right but he was short on cash and needed a large payment. We reluctantly agreed, he pleaded and made many excuses. Now we had payed 95% of the full agreed amount and the spa was broken, and the deck pavers and drains had issues also. We had our special event despite the spa not working. Afterwards we began calling Ronny again. Too busy no people available, weather too cool for plaster and on and on was he cried. Finally, just before New Years (6 months now) and Ronnies temps showed up. They drilled more holes again. They struggled with wrong tools, cursing as they guessed yet again. New plaster and untested spa holes they began to fill the spa. The workers left with the hose was just left filling the spa. I called/texted Ronnie. No answer. No one came back. No instructions, status, or anything else. Next day called/text Ronny and one of the guys he had sent over earlier in the project. No answer. Finally, on Dec 29, Ronny answered. He told me to just fill the spa and run the pump. There were large handfuls of plaster silt in the spa. This would make pool cloudy and would not cleaned up by New Years Eve. He would not help or loan me a sump pump because he was off (Sunday). I offered to come to his home 2 miles away. He said NO. He hung up and never answered again but took the time to invoice me minutes later for what was owed despite my BROKEN SPA. Who is this guy? I went to XXXX XXXXX that day to buy a sump pump. I pumped out the muddy water. I then cleaned the remaining mud out with a shopvac and water hose. I remove cover from the pump return in the bottom of the spa only to find at least 9 pieces of whole glass tile and large chunks of hard plaster in the drain pipe. This could have permanently damaged my spa plumbing. This is NOT professional work. THIS IS JUST SLOPPY GUESS WORK. Final Result. The Spa bubblers do not work despite many attempts. The paver deck drain they installed has large gaps that cause the sand from the pavers to wash out. Ronny does not return any phone calls or texts. Other pool companies want nothing to do with my Botched Ronny Snow Pool Project.

The team Ronny sends out did a great job. Ronny also spends time explaining the process and the upkeep after. The only thing they need to work on is scheduling communication. My pool looks great and I will be using them again for my patio.

These guys are the best! our pool turned out Beautiful and exceeded our expectations! He had the tile and coping samples in his truck that were absolutely perfect and what we were looking for. Ronny promised we'd be swimming by summer time and we are! We highly recommend Ronny Snows Pool Patrol!

i found the workers very polite and and they new what they were doing. they were neat and cleaned up after them selves. they deserve there 5 stars. i would surly recommend them to others.

I was impressed with Ronny right off the bat. He went out of his way the day I called to stop by my house to give me a quote. He answered all my calls and questions promptly. I had a complete pool remodel done including removal of old epoxy paint and underlying plaster as well as new tiles installed along the upper border. The new finish was done within one work week after start up, and the pool looks great!

I interviewed several contractors before I found Ronny Snow on Home Advisor. He has all 5 star reviews and he earns them everyday. From our first appointment I knew Ronny would be our guy. He came in with a vision of updating and upgrading our pool and he delivered more than we had hope for. We could not be happier with our new pool.

We are happy with the whole remodeling experience. Ronny was very thorough with every aspect of the pool remodel. His crew was very professional and did a great job. The job was started when promised and finished in the time frame we were quoted. He was always available when we needed him or had a question, and any changes we wanted after the initial contract was signed were not a problem. I would highly recommend his company. We did a complete pool remodel with new tile, pool resurface and pavers.

After looking for a year, Ronny Snow was the ONLY one who would provide a clean white finish without the specs that look like algae to me. My pool is 53' long and cost was a concern. Ronny came back with exactly what I wanted for a great price. They even provide pool service for a few months afterward. Now I have clear blue water like in the Caribbean and my pool is gorgeous. All his technicians were great. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

We are so glad we found Pool Patrol! Ronny S. came to us offering ideas and samples to fit our budget. His price was lower than 2 competitors and so we hired him. He performed just as he promised and finished earlier than expected. He came to check on the workman while remodel was in progress and kept me apprised of what was happening and when it would be finished. We are very pleased with the final product and how the workman left the area spotless. We would highly recommend that you give Pool Patrol a try. Ronny is a man of his word.

Paid over 13,000 dollars for a complete pool renovation. Took way longer than promised as expected but that's not the worst of it. It took them 9 months to install a valve that would allow for me to backwash my pool. Had to spend the entire rainy season plus a hurricane using a bucket to empty my pool when the water got too high. Had a hayward omni pump installed and the owner himself who marketed the pump to me had no idea how to install or program it. It is supposed to run at a low speed to save you energy however they don't know how to get it to work. It is also supposed to automate 4 pool features and he doesn't even know how to get the pump to run. I had to pay a separate electrician to hook up my pool light to it because they couldn't figure it out. It is supposed to be warrantied for 3 years however I cant get them to answer my calls or texts. Also I paid 800 for 2 water features that disintegrated within a couple of months. They replaced one and I have been waiting over a year for the second to be replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review saves someone the expense of trusting this company to do the work. The sad part is I waited to post this and gave them every opportunity to make things right.
