Ronny Snow and his team did an outstanding job on our pool. They had a 16 year old pool with a hot tub that was crumbling to work with. The team worked efficiently and with expert skill. The pool literally was transformed in a matter of 2 weeks. Mr Snow was available for questions and came out to our property to meet us and look over the job. It was obvious that this company takes great pride in their work, name, and customer satisfaction. Our pool is beautiful.

From beginning to end Ronny and his team delivered everything they said they would. They even did it when they said they would. His crew even worked on thanksgiving morning. Just an amazing experience from day one. Would highly recommend.

After meeting with many pool companies for estimates, I hired Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol to resurface my pool, upgrade my tile and replace my pool light. The sales associate, Jess, reviewed the options for my project in great detail and guided me through making decisions to aligned to my vision for the project. Once the project started, the resurface team was that took care of draining, prepping, and tiling the water line were amazing. They made sure that I was clear on every step of the process. They were all professional, informative, and left my lanai neat, clean and safe every day. I had one minor delay with the resurface team as some of the team members were out sick the day my surfacing was going to start. The lead came to my house to determine if he could do the work short staffed, and after a conversation, we decided that it was better to wait for the full staff because of the large size of my pool. This only set us back 2 days. The resurface team did an amazing job on the surface and working with me on placing the accent tiles for my stairs and swim shelf. After the pool was filled, Justin arrived for "fire up" and care instructions. Once again everything was explained with professionalism and detail. He has done a great job of taking care of the pool since then. Ronny clearly ensures that his teams are professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and are focused on customer service and quality work. I have already recommended Ronny Snow to friends and neighbors that are considering a pool remodel. EDIT: 4-12-2021 Ronny reached out to me and explained that they had a new pool tech that was telling him he was taking care of this but was not. He indicated that tech is no longer part of their team and he sent Justin to assist in resolving remaining issues. Justin put in several hours of work and apologized profusely for the issues. He offered to provide 60 days of pool service. I greatly appreciate them trying to make things right and have adjusted my rating accordingly. ------------------ I guess they are done now? My experience with Ronny Snow’s Pool Patrol was very disappointing. My first impression from initial discussions was that they know what they are doing and use quality materials. The owner was very nice and very professional. They had to come back several times to repair some issues. They came back with no problem to find the solution.

The work was completed on time and my pool looks beautiful again. They resurfaced our pool and installed new tile. They actually run you through the whole start up process of getting your pool chemically balanced. This was not something I expected. Very much appreciated. Have dealt with the owner, the sales person, and the pool tech getting the water right from the start. Each of them was courteous and professional and communicative on everything I needed to know. We selected Ronny Snow after interviewing a total of 5 companies. Our pool was completed last week and we are 100% satisfied with the results. We had the pool and hot tub rim re-tiled and the pool surface redone. Ronny was helpful with suggestions, timely with the work and responsive to all questions we had. His two crews, the tiling crew and the resurfacing crew, were both terrific. They kept to schedule, followed through with the work and were very professional all around. We will highly recommend him to anyone who inquires.

The company was fantastic. I highly recommend them for servicing and restoration. All of the workers were polite and extremely professional. After the pool restoration my pool looks brand new. All phases of the project were professionally completed and all work areas were cleaned. Ron and his crew completed all phases of the work in a timely manner.

Pool remodeling is a complicated project we discovered after hiring/firing one company before we found Ronny Snow. He and his crew have been a pleasure to work with but our project is not complete yet. I have confidence that the project will be completed on time and very well.

From first contact to post completion, Ronny's Pool Patrol was responsive, professional and attentive to detail. They even offered to replace my accent tiles free of charge to match the Azure blue finish. The job took place during our rainy season and yet the crew showed up on the days between rain to get the job done. There are many pool companies to choose from in the Tampa Bay area. We needed a total pool resurface and contacted several companies. We immediately felt comfortable with this company and hired him to do the job. The pool had to be sand blasted and every precaution was taken to contain the mess. These guys even worked in the storms that we had at the end of August. Then they came to put in the new material. It was quite a project as itâ s a large pool. We truly enjoyed watching how the process happened. These guys took care of it as if it was their own pool including making certain that the step marker tiles (flip flops and palm trees) were seated exactly as we wanted them ad we LOVE the new LED light. We are so happy with the way it turned out. We would HIGHLY recommend this company for any type of pool job!

We are very pleased with the service we received. The customer service from the company went above and beyond our expectation. When we had questions, even on weekends, they replied immediately. It is our first pool so we had many questions. The workers were very knowledgable and shared their knowledge with the resurfacing process, the new pool systems and even pool cleaning. Ronny always came on site to check the work being done and made sure it was done right. I have already recommended this company to a friend who is inquiring future pool resurfacing.

Hired them for a MAJOR deck and pool remodel as well as completely new pool equipment install. Added several pool features. Anything that he didn't do directly (such as screen enclosure and outdoor kitchen build) he had the contacts to reach out to and hire myself. Work quality was excellent and I feel Ronny was honest in what would work and what was a waste. I feel his pricing was reasonable. COVID affected the rate of work a bit. Anything that was not done to my expectations was readily corrected. His main technician, Billy, is awesome to work with and is easy to communicate with. Sometimes Ronny took longer to return texts and emails but overall communicated well. If I had one complaint it was I feel Ronny had too many projects going on at once so at times his workers would be on other jobs having to leave mine for a few days at a time before returning to do more. Between Covid and this the project took about 6 weeks longer to complete than his original estimate. But I this also shows that his company has a lot of customers which made me confident I had hired someone reputable. Overall the company has excellent reviews. Now that the project is complete I have retained his service for pool maintenance and they are reliable and do a nice job with weekly service. Even though project complete anything I find that needs some attention is promptly resolved. Overall I am very happy with the way the project turned out and with Ronny and his crew. I would highly recommend him for any pool/deck renovation and for his weekly pool maintenance.
