Rich showed up on time and built us a very nice screen room on our house. The job quality is excellent, he was professional as was his apprentice. They finished on time, and cleaned up everything very well. What a great room to relax in now.

n;t comply with Not too well, despite the contractor's opinion. Starting with the footer that had to be inspected 3 times since the Hillsborough County inspector failed it the 1st two times since the steel re-bar didn't conform the the simple requirements.
Extra holes in various members, structural gutters installed that do not drain properly, etc.
