If you need a roof replacement on your home, we highly recommend Rhyne Restoration â (The Roof Specialists). The Rhyne roofing team, under the pro-active management of Jason and Malisa, replaced our roof as if it was their roof. During our initial appointment Jason and Malisa took the time to explain the roof replacement process. Protection of our paved driveway with sheets of plywood, and the tarping of our shrubbery, are examples of the personal attention provided. Materiel was delivered in a timely manner as scheduled. Jason and Malisa provided daily oversite of the removal and replacement of the shingles and the cleanup/removal of debris. In addition, the crew diligently walked the perimeter of the house collecting any stray nails. Lastly, there was a final sweep with a magnetic device to gather any undetected nails. After Hurricane Micheal, our house was heavily damaged. Our priority to be fixed was our roof, then we would proceed with other repairs. When I met Brian C., he said they could have a new roof on our home within a few weeks. After two months passed, we finally got a check in the mail from our mortgage company which was NOT for ONLY the roof (as I was originally promised); it included the whole house. When I confronted Rhyne, they wanted us to sign the check over to them; when I refused, he accused me of having "trust issues"! The check is in our name and Rhyne Restoration's name; we are not releasing our insurance money to someone who just scammed us by submitting a request for funds on the whole house! I talked to the mortgage company and they need a signed agreement that nothing was done, nothing was paid, and nothing is owed. When this request was presented to Rhyne, they refused. Given they have proven themselves as less than professional, we will NOT be doing business with these people. They are holding us captive in a broken home that takes on more damage EVERY time it rains!

The customer service rep was in touch with me the whole time however the owner was not. The company insist the roof was repaired according to the contract however it is leaking worse than ever.

They walked me through all the paperwork and helped me with the insurance things as we had the roof replaced after a hail storm in 2015.

They did a very nice job as far as I can tell on the roof. But they did leave some staples behind in the grass from the old roof.

Worst experience in my life. Roof has been installed incorrectly, has not been repaired, and now is leaking after less than two months. Gutters damaged, nails left in visible sight, no flashing and leaking in plain sight.

We used this company but they took forever at every step. Even after the job was done, we are still waiting for liens releases and warranty.

Absolutely great experience top to bottom. Not only did they give us a very fair price, they completed the whole roof in 1 day! The crew arrived early and finished tearing off the roof in no time. They barely stopped for lunch and before 5 pm, they were finished and there was a guy going around the whole yard with a MAGNET to collect any dropped nails. When the man installing new gutters (different company) came out, he said, that roof looks great! We think so too, but he looks at a lot of roofs, so he should know.

If this review was on the pleasant, courteous demeanor of the Rhyne Restoration personnel, this would be glowing, a high 5. But I did not hire for a pleasant experience, I hired for a value new roof that was professionally installed in a timely manner. The office staff assured me that that my messages would be passed on to the project managers and roofing specialists promptly. Result: days would go by with either no return or a return and no follow-up. Problems encountered: water diverter was originally not even installed; then when it was, it was installed incorrectly. Installers left debris in attic, including their fast-food wrappers. The contractual agreement to repair the patio roof with 50-year silicone left me with a roof that leaks like a sieve. Of great concern is the possibility that there is a weak spot (leak) in the roof over the garage. Ceiling "popcorn" is falling onto the garage floor. I grow weary of getting satisfaction on these issues. There has been no offer to come together and resolve the matter. By the way, the fact that the salesman I signed with has had to take over the care of his very ill mother, is no excuse for not having Rhyne Restoration provide continuing service.

I was very pleased with the professionalism of Tony who gave me an estimate. Although slightly more expensive than some others, I went with them because of the process of producing and presenting the estimate. The work was done professionally, completed as promised, in one day, and the yard was left clean. PROBLEM: I called to have someone check a suspected leak. "We'll call you back." Never called back. I called again. Same response. After three or more tries, I gave up. Two days after the last call, they show up. Fortunately the problem was NOT a roof leak. CUSTOMER SERVICE RESPONSE IS POOR

I hired Rhyne in 2016 to re-roof the original part of my house. Bill Hall, their salesman was excellent but once I signed up it took several weeks before they actually did the job (Bill did a temporary patch when he came out). A year later, I decided to re-roof the newer part of my house and called Rhyne twice but never got a response, so I hired another roofer who did the job for considerably less than Rhyne's original estimate to me. Now, after Irma, I have a small leak in the roof that Rhyne did, easy to fix if I wasn't 79 years old. Called Rhyne but not too optimistic that anyone will come out. Will update this review if they do.

They installed a roof on my home six months ago. During Hurricane Irma, the roof peeled off. Maximum winds were 100 mph. They would not stand by their original work when I contacted them. They were just full of excuses.

Ask lots of questions beforehand. The person that asked for my business and told me he wanted to work on my home, wasn't present for the majority of the job. I chose him, because he shared his qualifications and resume with me. He dropped off a crew that I couldn't communicate with. I had to call him , he would then call the crew chief. The roof looks good and will keep me protected, but I don't like haggling with people to get things done - do what you promised in the beginning. That is what took away a very good experience.

The company promised several things as a part of the work and they did it!. A project manager onsite during the roof replacement (he was there!). The ridge vent was a more effective alternative for the control of attic temperature than the old regular vent that had previously. My home support it and they took "precaution" just in case it could not be put on. I noticed it myself. They also removed and put back what was necessary to make it look completed in good quality and professional. I did give them this feedback personally. The company promised several things as a part of the work but failed to deliver on 2 items. A project manager onsite during the roof replacement. Second item concerned the build speicifically the installation of a ridge vent. My home didn't support it but noone told us. We noticed it ourselves. They also failed to reattach several gutter brackets following the roof replacment which required 2.5 weeks and multiple phone calls to address. They seems to be the best choice during the sales pitch but were weak on the delivery end. I did give them this feedback personally but didn't get the sense they were listening. This is why I will not recommend them to other potential customers.

We used this company before and because of their representative Tony, and the work done we decided to have them to replace our roof. Start to finish 2 days on 6,000 sq ft roof. Very professional, roof looks great. We would recommend this company and Tony Velez to anyone in need of roof repairs or a replacement.

they did a great job in a day and half, but stoped by rain and when just drizzleing they worked in the rain.
