I have used them for years and they are very good. They are very professional.

When the tech arrived he said I needed all the service and entire system checked. He spent a lot of time here but it was time he didn't need to spend because I knew exactly what was wrong with it. In a weak moment I said, "go ahead and do it," not realizing it would cost me that much money. They did whatever they had to do and looked over everything. I wasn't happy with them and I told them that I knew exactly what I wanted.

We had been without A/C almost 36 hours. When we called the office the young lady was very pleasant. She said that someone would be at the house that morning. Believe me it was a welcomed surprise when Dennis & Doug arrived early. Not only did they find and fix our problem, but they did something no company has every done before...explained and showed us everything they were going to be doing. They even examined our air filter! We have never had such a pleasant experience with an A/C company before. They also showed us something on our breaker box that we might want to have replaced before winter...never knew before. What a great team. We would highly recommend them again.

Our A/C was making a noise and one tube attached to the inside unit was burning hot. I called them in the late morning and they were out by the late afternoon. The office gave me a courtesy call when the technician was on his way. He showed up within 10-15 minutes. Dennis checked the inside and outside units. He found the problems and recommended several options at different cost for the repair letting me choose the cost and comfort level of repair. He also did a complete tune up on the unit. Our outside unit is 12 years old and he explained the problems in a way I could understand. Very nice and matter of fact. I felt comfortable with his work and professionalism.

Everything was great? The work that was promised at the initial meeting was all completed with diligence.

I received a $5 discount for the service call because of Angie's List. I called for a second opinion after I didn't trust the first one I got, and was pleased with the thorough job the Rheem representative did. The man was punctual, too (I had the first appointment on a Saturday). I learned that a lot of work needs to be done, but I'm not upset because the problems were caught before I was stuck with a crisis (the employee from the first company I hired never checked inside). I will be hiring Rheem to replace duct work, the homes original air handler (for which I receive a $100 Angie's List discount; the payment for this service call is deducted as well) and a contractor on the outside unit. The total work will cost around $4,700 (2.5 ton air handler at 13 SEER rating for a home with 1250 square feet; digital wall control; duct work; air filter I never have to replace). The work is expected to take one business day (they can only install during the week).

FAST, SAME DAY SERVICE WITH EXTENDED EXPLANATION OF REPAIRS NEEDED AND ADVICE ON FUTURE MAINTENANCE. EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE.

ALL STAFF MEMBERS TOOK PRIDE IN THE WORK THEY PERFORMED. EXCELLENT TEAMWORK PRODUCED EFFICIENT JOB FLOW. THEY INSTALLED A QUALITY PRODUCT DURING THIS CUSTOM RETROFIT. THE CAREFUL WORKERS WERE RESPECTFUL OF THE WORK ENVIRONMENT AS THEY KEPT DUST, ETC. TO A MINIMUM. WORKERS USED ''BEST SAFETY PRACTICES.'' WORK WAS DONE SO INDEPENDENTLY(AS A GROUP) AND PROFESSIONALLY THAT WE HAVE COMPLETE CONFIDENCE IN THE COMPANY.

DENNIS, THE TECHNICIAN, WAS VERY THOROUGH AND FRIENDLY. HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING THAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY IT WAS IMPORTANT. I WILL CALL REM AGAIN FOR SERVICE.

WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

My mother was extremely happy with their service. There was no charge due to extended warranty.
