So far so good! I say that because I would expect any problems right away. They were very thorough in the process and did minimal destruction to my walls and floors. They did what other companies couldn’t, wouldn’t or not capable of doing. We went with Pex piping and it comes with a 25 year manufacturer warranty and a 2year labor guarantee. I would recommend.

Told me the unit needed to be ?reset?. Plumber charged $ 150., hit reset and it worked, for 2 WEEKS. Stopped producing hot water, so I called again this guy said it needed a new ?coil? and replaced it for $ 475. Worked for 3 days and stopped again. I hit the ?reset? and it worked for a week. So I replaced the ?reset? myself for under $ 100 and it works fine. Oh by the way they told me it would be $ 2,300 to replace the ?30 gallon? hot water tank that I could buy at Home Depot for less than $ 800. This is what happens with big companies. Stick with the ?little guys? they care more.

$189 dollars for 20 minutes to determine there was no leak.

They responded quickly and explained the repair quickly. Everything was done quickly.

I asked tech to look at existing kitchen faucet to see if a repair could be affected; he showed me a new faucet plus filter system for the new faucet instead. Tech would not look at my kitchen faucet to see if it could be repaired and left my home. Very dissatisfied, they want to sell you a bunch of new equipment instead of affecting repair - a real " do nothing " visit. Grossly not recommended.
