Overcharged me for the project . Took me a month to get a refund. Have to file a credit card dispute . Company still did not install water heater pan and expansion tank as per code, and manager Thomas Robertson told me they will not do it and lied about sending me a refund. Rude people. Always excuses.

I had the awesome opportunity this time to work with the Red Cap Air division for my AC system. The technician, Will, was prompt, got right to work to resolve the issue, and got cool air flowing again very quickly. Based on the symptoms, he knew exactly where to look. He was knowledgeable, provided great communication and information. 5 more stars without hesitation!

I gave a 5-star rating to Red Cap plumbing because just like all the earlier times of performing services for my home, the technicians (Chris, and Austin this time) were prompt, knowledgeable, quick, and provided a quality product. I've never had to call them back to fix or adjust something. Thanks, once again!

They only gave me an estimate. I got a second estimate from someone else for approximately $1,000 less.

My hot water heater stopped working. I contacted them late morning after researching on Angie's List. They were out in the afternoon to evaluate. They tried very hard to get someone out that evening to replace the unit, but everyone was already scheduled for other appointments. The technician was out the next morning and spent most of the day replacing a very old unit. Provided great recommendations on the replacement and also noticed an outside spout not working that they replaced as well. Very happy with the overall experience.

They came very quickly and fixed the bathroom shower in no time. For the workmanship everything was fine but the cost was rather high for the amount of time it took to do a very straight forward job!
