They did a good job just too expensive!

Estimator came and was knowledgeable. Quoted a figure. Haggled a bit and agreed upon a fair price.

Expensive. I was told I could pay $300 but was given a price break of $211 to change out anode rod.

They did a very good job quality wise but very expensive.

They scheduled an estimate, and did the repair at the same day. They were here for about an hour and everything went fine. They were very clean, thorough, and did not leave any trash behind. They are someone I can call again if I ever have a plumbing concern.

The qualify of work was okay. He did break the water main valve and the water company had to come out and fix it and charged me $475! Red Cap said they would re-reimburse me and I am still waiting on the check. I had Red Cap come out to fix a slow drain. They charged me $240.55 and the drain was still clogged. I am going to fight that charge. They tried getting me to pay $2700 to clean the drains! Really? I had another company come out and they cleaned them for $250 and the drain is no longer clogged!

Funniest was very professional and did a great job..but very expensive for what I had done

I asked for a phone call prior to appointment, but they never called, so at 4 oâ clock (my appointment time) I called and asked if he was coming. He did, but it was around 4:30. Not a real big deal, but I am glad I went ahead and left work to be home for the appointment. He did a good job. Itâ s not the technicians fault.

These guys are way over priced. I had to use them just because of timing but a very famous, home appliance store price was less than a third of the cost to do the same task.
