Provided next day service of a completely clogged drain that would not clear using residentially available means (Liquid Plumber, Drano, a plunger). Technician made a small mess that was unavoidable and easily cleaned up with a spray cleaner and some paper towels. Drain is all clear and flowing freely again. Technician was very polite and professional.

New AC installed April 9, 2020. Has not worked properly since day 1. Cycles on/off up to 12 times in 2 hours. Service tech says it is because we are set too high (78degrees). Red Cap needs to study the laws of physics.

They installed my A/C unit and new duct work . Had several issues during the first 2 months which were corrected however then was told needed to have new ductwork installed because of the air pressure through the old ducts was causing issues. Did that and now it seems anytime I get tune up service they are on an up sell of additional things that would make my A/C better. I told them at the beginning I wanted everything I needed done for the onset. Red Cap started out great but they seem to be falling into the pattern of the other A/C companies that I left for the up sell reasons. They cancelled this last appointment twice on me due to other more urgent repairs. Hope this doesn t continue.
