Gulf Wave 2, electric Tankless water heater, model G-24 has given hot water for 3 bath home since 2008 September. 2022 Jan 5, unit been repaired again for last 2020 November 24. R & G Electric, Tampa 813-881-1876, repair unit for 105 degree WARM water. Tankless replacement is called after nearly 15 years. Tankless now require brass service valves for flushing and direct leak control away from harming people. Red Cap Plumbing, Gary G, will pick up brass kit and Eltron Tempra 29 plus electric tankless water heater, connect to 240-volt sub-panel, install brass valves kit and straighten connects with hard-lines per work order, 2022 Jan 17.

As it would happen, the Red Cap representative did not have the clear the blockage as I had already cleared it following a Google search. I was hesitant to flush the toilet after I tried to clear it as I feared it would overflow. The representative told me that what I did was the correct thing to try so he just checked to make sure all was clear and just charged me for a service call. Thanks for him being honest!

Dominic from Red Cap did a great job installing kitchen plumbing under the sink, my faucet, disposal, and a line for my refrigerator ice and water. He explained everything to me and the estimate was the price. He was also pleasant and respectful! Thank you!

Jack was sent back for a warranty call to fix and redo shoddy workmanship done by a previous plumber who is no longer with RedCap. The Drain Manager Carlos and Jack could not have been nicer. Jack redid the job by totally rebuilding the toilet from the ground up at no charge. Workmanship and quality are excellent. Jack is a very professional, courteous and very capable young man who I highly recommend.
