Charge me 140 before looking at it. Diagnosed the problem and said it would cost an additional 500.00 Was there 15 min and put down a camera to say it was blocked The next week we called another company They came and fixed the problem for 350.00 Red Cap said in their adds if they don't fix the problem no charge. I would never have them come out again

My sink faucet was loose, and as plumbers know when they put a sink in they take the specialized tool that comes with the sink to tighten it. So I spent $90 for a plumber to come in with the tool that came with the sink that I did not have and tightened the faucet.
