This was the third plumber we had look at our constantly clogging pipes and the first who genuinely wanted to solve the problem. They came out the same day and cleared the line, but their "scope guy" was running late (about an hour and a half).  We found out our main line had collapsed and was growing roots about 6" wide. They came out the next day with a crew and replaced the entire line before we got home. They were very professional and we'd use them again, but their crew left a huge mess in our backyard to clean up afterwards (i.e. piles of dirt all in the driveway and on pavers that could have been easily blown or swept away, landscaping bricks dislocated, roots left in the yard, etc.). They were also on the pricier side, I assume because they knew we were in a jam and needed to flush our toilets asap.

Very Smoothly. They removed the water heater from an interior closet, re-routed the plumbing and electrical supply to the garage and installed the new unit in the garage. I was thinking this would be a very complicated job that spanned several days. This took about 5 hours. The workers Dan, Tim, Curtis, and Jake did the work. All were excellent. Top notch.  I highly recommend them.
The price was steep, but you get what you pay for.

We have used Red Cap Plumbing in the past so thought to call them again. We had an old estimate, they honored it!!   We changed our bathroom vanity from single to double (existing pipes in the wall never used and were capped).  Very professional (calling to confirm appointment and keeping us informed of the estimate time of arrival)  prompt for the estimate and wearing the booties. They came to start the job site on time were almost done until we needed an uncommon part to complete the job.  Ordered the part, as soon as it comes in will reschedule the job completion.  Also the wall side of the pipes never used they cut the wood in the vanity and wall and did a great job so it did not look like a messy job  to extend the pipes. Did not even ask for the remaining funds until the job is done. It is so nice to see people really care about what they do!  Will use them again when we purchase our old/new home!

They showed me what they were doing every step of the way, very clean when they had to walk through my house. They always told me when the technicians were on the way I knew what was going on from beginning to end. For the amount of work they did the price was EXTREMELY reasonable. Just a great company to work with I will use them for every plumbing problem I have and I would highly recommend them to anyone. As an added bonus they played music outside while working and I love their music choice.

We've used Red Cap before and they handled our previous problems amazingly. We had a toilet break. Not the insides - a candle from a shelf fell and broke the actual bowl. Michael from Red Cap came out and offered several options at various price points, installed our choice quickly and well, and cleaned everything up perfectly. He did this while being exceedingly professional and a nice guy. This has been our experience with each of the professionals we've had come out from them. We wouldn't call anyone else for our plumbing needs.

We are very pleased and thankful to have such an efficient company to complete our plumbing needs.
Ricardo came out to check what needed to be done, and gave us the estimate, which was promptly agreed upon.
Then Michael came out on the assigned date to complete the work.  Both men were very nice and very professional.
All the work was completed promptly to our satisfaction.
We are very happy and thankful to have  such a reliable plumbing company to do all the plumbing in our old house.  
Yes,   we will definately give Red Cap Plumbing a call whenever we have a problem.

Nick went above and beyond in diagnosing our problem and trying to find the least expensive way to fix our backed-up drains. He explained his progress every step of the way, and even though we had to use the more expensive process of removing the toilet, the price was reasonable (especially because I was a club member). I also appreciated Nick's consideration in using shoe covers every time he entered the house. The plumbing adviser, Bill, who performed the camera inspection, also did a thorough and professional job and showed me the build-up in our drain lines. He also gave me recommendations and quotes for cleaning out our drains. I will definitely call Red Cap again for our future plumbing needs!

At 7am, I was told a plumber would arrive at 10am. I called shortly after 10am and was told the plumber's previous job was taking longer than expected and he would instead arrive between 2-5pm. At 4:45 I called a third time and was told the plumber was still busy but that he would be there probably before 6pm.
He did arrive at 6pm. He could not fix the problem because it required replacing the bathtub but he gave me a quote to come back another time to do the job.
Although it was frustrating to wait 8 hours longer than I was told, the technician was friendly and professional and helpful when he did finally get there. I will give Red Cap Plumbing another try and hope they are able to arrive as scheduled next time.
The office staff was very friendly and helpful on the phone.

I've had them before and they have always been prompt and they do a very good job. They clean things up and they are just very good people. 

They were very efficient with replacing the line and kept the surrounding area from getting damaged as they worked. The job went fast and the guys were very courteous and kept me posted on what they were doing.

The tech was super knowledgeable and nice.  He tested my water sources and diagnosed the problem right away.  I had called another plumber and appliance repair company first who were both confused.  He was very efficient and came back right away to install a new unit.  I will call them for all my plumbing needs going forward.
