Very easy to deal with. They were very professional in the install of my roof. Cleaned up the site and sent me all the pictures from start to finish as I am in a different state so I could not be there to see install. Great work!!

This company was amazing. We had a few hiccups in the beginning with weather but they kept in touch and let me know when the would be there. They finished my roof in 1 day!! Want expecting that!?

Went through many estimates, ended up choosing Proformance. James started me through the process and was very knowledgeable. Answered many questions before I could even ask them. My roof was replaced in one day, instead of 2. Everyone was very nice and professional. The process was simple and I was checked on every step of the way. Jason, the project lead the day of the work walked me through what would happen that day. Great job!

Iâ m really glad I found ProFormance Roofing. With all the afternoon storms recently, a leak began in my living room ceiling. I submitted my request on the new Angi app and in less than 30 minutes I received a phone call and a text from Taylor. I scheduled a day and time for someone to come and look at my situation. Tyler called to confirm the morning of and arrived on time. He performed a detailed inspection of my roof, attic and living room ceiling. About an hour later Tyler provided me with a reasonably priced, written quote to replace the ridge vent. Later that day a representative from a second company came to provide a quote. The gentleman from the 2nd company performed a quick inspection and said I would need a whole new roof. I called Tyler back and asked him if my roof needed to be repaired or replaced? Tyler said, â Believe me, if I thought your roof needed to be replaced, I would have let you know.â I very much appreciated Tylerâ s honesty. I called Taylor back in the office to approve Tylerâ s quote and to go over payment options. Itâ s been one week today that Tyler installed the new ridge vent and Iâ m happy to say that with all of the heavy downpours this past week, my living room ceiling is nice and dry. I found Tyler very easy to work with and I would work with him again. He was knowledgeable, trustworthy and went the extra mile. There were some loose shingles that were not part of the project that he secured for me when he didnâ t have to. Taylor was also great. Very responsive and personable via phone, text and email.

We would recommend this company to anyone. From the time James came to give us a estimate and to the completion of the work and cleanup everything was done with professionalism .The roofers worked hard and were always pleasant even when there was a problem requiring more work for them. We were very impressed and pleased.

I chose ProFormance after contacting several roofing companies. Bruce was very professional with no pressure. He responded quickly to my texts and emails. I appreciated his follow up and photo gallery. It was reassuring to see Oscar,the supervisor on site from start to finish. He was courteous and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. My family is so pleased with the new roof and skylight. We were amazed how clean the crew left our home upon the timely completion.

Work was done on time using quality materials at a fair price. Would not hesitate to use them again.

I knew very little about roofing. They answered all my questions. They were patient, punctual and professional. I am very happy with their work.

The on-site supervisor, Angel, was outstanding. The work was fast and efficient. There was some damage to the fascia metalwork, but not too bad. That large roof in one day was an accomplishment. Bruce, the sales rep, did a good job on the estimate but flipped out when he did not have his $ as soon as the job was done. I had already ordered a check from my bank to be sent to them, but I did not realize that their invoice had a link to do an electronic transfer of the funds. I canceled my check and used the xfer method. Bruce, I think, is now happy. Sorry for my misunderstanding. Edit: Now that some time has passed we had a different company do some work on the roof and he stated that there were several areas that should have been caulked to ensure against leaks. I called them twice to see if they would check and caulk if necessary. There was also damage to the metal facia by rough treatment. So far nothing but crickets. In discussing my project cost with neighbors I am under the impression that I should have had more proposals before choosing a roofer. I would also suggest you use a local roofer, not someone 40 miles away. I am sure their response would be better to questions. The salesmanship was good, but that does not impress the rain or weather.

They were punctual and they did everything in a timely manner as they said they arrived at about 8:00 and they will finish about 2:30 I needed a new roof because my roof was 25 years old and now it's great I would recommend them to anyone and my sister also had hers done. The only thing that I saw that was off after they were gone I picked up a couple of nails that was close to the house.

I interviewed six roofing companies. I chose Proformance Roofing not only because their estimate was fair but also because of their account manager Bruce Mang. He was very professional and his presentation easily explained what the job entailed. Their work crew was amazing to watch. They worked nonstop and the entire job was complete in less than two days. The foreman, Joe Russo, worked right along with the seven man crew. He was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. Also, the office staff was friendly and efficient. I highly recommend Proformance for all your roofing needs.
