Mike was great. He looked at the repair. Left and returned with new toilet. He had it replaced & installed new water valve, and cleaned up the floor. I am going to have a shower install in the future & will call POF

I put in a request on a Saturday afternoon because my gas water heater wasnt working. They immediately communicated with me and we scheduled a Monday 9 am appointment. The repairman/tech showed up and rang the bell at 9 am precisely. He immediately diagnosed the problem and fixed it. I can't say enough good things about this company. And I will definitely call them again.

Mike and Mike showed up the day I contacted them. They gave me a good estimate and were willing to start the work right away. But there was a lighting storm getting ready to move in, so I said they could come back in the morning. They return the next morning on time and did a great job. In fact they did it faster then they estimated and wanted to charge me less money. I will call them again for any future plumbing needs.

This is a Father / Son team and both are very knowledgeable in their trade. They came fully prepared to do the job, which they completed in an appropriate amount of time. I woke up early and heard the sound of a leaking pipe. My usual plumbing company said they could send someone in a week! Ryan at PPF called very soon after I searched Home Advisor and said they could be here in an hour. In less than that, Mike and Mike arrived and started work. They were very kind and considerate and eventually located and repaired a leak below the floor in the kitchen. I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to friends.
