The project went great. I saw all the reviews mentioning Joe and how great he was. I was hoping that I would get Joe and I did! He was as great as everyone was mentioning. He assessed the job, fixed some of the previous plumbing we had done as it was sloppy work. He tidied everything up, made it more sturdy and replumbed the pipes for the shower/bathtub. Great job Joe. Would definitely hire him again.

The repair went well. The pipe burst on Thursday the repair was done on Friday and the hole in the concrete was repaired on Monday.

It was my first time using Olin and they provided prompt courteous and effective service. I was quoted a flat fee and it took a greater amount of time than anticipated - the fee remained the same and the work was excellent. The plumber, Eddie, discussed additional concerns that we had and offered several options going forward. We will use Olin again.

Vince was very professional and took the time to show me some things to be aware of for possible future repairs. I have used Olin before and they are very courteous and respectful to their customers. Judy in the office is very pleasant and they are great about calling to let you know when the technician is on their way.

It went great. Joe is the consummate professional with a great attitude. He knows his customers by name and does a thorough and detailed job. Total trust in Joe, and always great service from Olin. Also, the woman I always speak with on the phone is so friendly and helpful (I wish I could remember her name right now, but she is great. Kudos, ma'am.). Cost was to pull/install new toilet in our 1/2 bath downstairs, as the previous bill covered installing the new toilet in the upstairs bathroom.

It's never a good day when your water heater starts leaking all over the garage, but thankfully Olin Plumbing came to the rescue! I called other plumbing companies in Wesley Chapel, but most had a wait of 2-3 days, which I could not deal with. My wife, who is a regular listener of the Mike Calta radio show, suggested I call Olin Plumbing. After checking their reviews and standing on both BBB and Angie's List, I called them and they were able to send someone out almost immediately. My plumber, Mike, was very professional and gave me an estimate with different options, based on the brand and capacity of the water heater. As always, you can expect that there will be mark-ups on anything you buy from the contractor, and it's up to the individual as to whether you want to pay that price or go elsewhere. Mike was pleasant and accommodating when I requested a certain brand of water heater other than the Rheem unit that they would typically install. After doing additional research, I opted to purchase a new AO Smith unit at Lowe's and used their truck ($20 for 1-1/2 hours; a great deal) to get the water heater back to the house. I called their office (Judy) and she was able to schedule the installation for the next morning. It was nice to see Mike be the plumber that pulled up, as he had already seen everything and was immediately ready to start the work. The installation process was smooth as glass (for me) and Mike was very thorough and cleaned up everything before leaving. Overall impression is that this is a first-rate company that does first-rate work! They are probably a little more expensive than other contractors, but you get what you pay for, as they send REAL plumbers. I can only speak as to Mike's work, but he is a skilled plumber, has a great demeanor and attitude, and truly cared about making this whole experience as easy as possible. Called and they were very professional. Someone came out within 2 hours of my call which was nice and unexpected. Mark was very good and listened to my problem. Overall I would recommend highly.

Olin called me when the plumber was on the way. Joe arrived on time. He explained what needed to be done to replace the water softener, including when he would be shutting off the water to the house, and set about making the magic happen. As always, Joe was very professional and cleaned up afterwards. He takes his time to do things the right way. Joe is my preferred plumber.

Excellent, but gross. Joe took a look at the stains on my front porch ceiling and said he'd need to pull off the ceiling panels to find the leak. He found it, along with several gallons of nasty sludge (mold, rotted pressboard, etc) that oozed down from the panels as he removed them (pic). Joe removed all the offending panels and fixed the toilet sewer line that had been leaking (for years, apparently). He left the new toilet pipe ready to install a new toilet (pic), while we get some structural repairs done. Joe will be back to install a new toilet once we get the subfloor and tile replaced. Joe cleaned the nasty sludge off the porch and left the area very clean and ready for the contractor. Throughout the process, Joe was professional, cheerful, and funny. Great dude to have when you find a really nasty problem. Based on past experience, I think the new toilet install will go off without a hitch.

after the Plumber (Eddy) finished the work we noticed the faucet in the master bathroom was still dripping.i called Judy to let her no what was going on Judy is amazing.she then scheduled me for the next morning at 8am.this time JOE came to check things out.br had to redo everything that was done previously.he also had to caulk around the faucet any the shower knob that was not done.I WILL CONTINUE TO USE OLIN PLUMBING FOR ANY OTHER PLUMBING ISSUES I MAY HAVE.I WILL ALWAYS ASK FOR JOE!!!

The tech showed up for quote on gas tankless hot water heater on 4/20 as scheduled. He said he would email the quote by Monday, 4/23. I called the office two times since to say that I never received the quote. Each time I was told the quote would be sent the next day. I still haven't received anything and it's been almost 3 weeks since the initial appointment. I chose the company based on their positive review ratings. Apparently people are satisfied with their work but it's obvious that they are understaffed or or they lack attention to detail.

Mike arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He quickly found the issues, which thankfully, was much less severe than we thought. He quickly fixed the problem. I was very pleased in my dealings with both Mike and the office staff when scheduling the appointment. I would definitely hire Olin again and will be referring them to friends for future service calls.

Joe arrived as promised to assess a leak in a commode. We also had two faucets that leaked water at the handles when the water was turned on. We were impressed that his truck was so large and contained many different parts, which allowed him to make the needed repairs on the spot. He determined the commode needed a major rebuild and one faucet needed to rebuilt, while the other needed both a rebuild and the replacement of the hot and cold water cartridges. Joe worked efficiently and completed the repairs quickly. We were charged by the job, which included labor and the trip charge other plumbers itemize. Unfortunately, a few hours after he left, I noticed a lot of water on the floor by the commode. We immediately called Olin. They were very apologetic, and Joe was willing to come after hours to fix things. We deferred to the next morning, and Joe arrived and immediately replaced his rebuild with new parts, and the problem was solved. There was no charge for the 2nd visit. Joe is knowledgeable and professional, and even though the cost of repairs might seem a bit high, the customer service from this company was outstanding.

I've found my plumber! I called Olin based on their great online reviews, and they lived up to the hype. I explained my problem when making the appointment, and was charged exactly what I was quoted. The plumber, Mike, arrived on time (after I received a call from the office that he was on his way). He was very friendly and professional, and even offered some helpful advice on a non-plumbing problem. In less than an hour, my drain was clear and the tub was fully functional. The only thing that was not ideal in this transaction is that I never did receive return calls from the two messages I left with the answering machine. Normally when that happens, i move on to another company, since I hate to chase a company to give them my business. However, I was desperate and trusted the online reviews. The office staff was certainly friendly and helpful when I called back, but they need a better system to reply to voice messages. Still, I will use this firm again and recommend them as well - thanks to Mike's great service.

Joe from Olin Plumbing was doing a repair for my son and I asked if he could help me with my water heater. As soon as he completed the job at my son's home, he took the time to give me a quote and asked me to contact the office to set up an appointment. Within two days time he was at my home replacing my water heater. Joe did an excellent job, even sweeping my garage of all the water that had leaked before he came. I then told him I was having trouble with my toilet and he was able to do that job for me right then. Joe was very professional and I would definitely call Olin Plumbing again.

Joe came out and helped us right away. He was a very nice man. he also snaked out drains and cleared a bad clog. he found the issue with the toilet and fixed that as well. while he was there he gave my mother a quote of a water heater install and she set that up as well.

It was great! Made the appt for someone to come out and access and give me quotes on a 1) Tankless Electric Hot Water tank and 2) a 40 gal electric tank hot water heater to replace my aging 15 y/o hot water tank. Mike came out and was great, explained all the pro's and cons of tankless vs tanked, considerations for time of day, power use, etc.. Prices seemed a bit high for the equipment alone since I could find the same unit for 50% less on line. Big markup. But, very pleased with Olin overall. Probably will go to them if/when I replace my existing tank.

Not good. The first day they were here I was told my toilet was leaking. It wasnt. But I paid for that. They came back a second time that day and I showed them where the leak was and I was told it wasn’t leaking. The next day they came back and they found the leak the same place I told them it was the day before and I paid for that too.

Joe arrived and quickly went to work explaining in great detail what exactly he was doing and understandable terms. He was extremely professional and performed a no BS service. He was a true life saver.

On Christmas Day Olin dispatched Joe to correct a broken main. Joe was prompt, timely and professional. Joe was professional in appearance and in his technical ability who gave up some holiday time to help a family in need. The charges were fair. My family and I were well pleased.

I contacted Olin to investigate a plumbing issue. Customer service was polite and prompt. Joe showed up at the house on time and called me on my cell. He isolated the leak to an air conditioner that was building condensation, and also identified some grout that needed repair. I offered to pay him for his time and he refused. Integrity - some people have it and some people do not. If you want good service and someone who looks after your interests, try Olin. I hope your experience is as good as mine was.

Ask for JOE!! He does a great job and explains everything. He works quickly and efficiently and left the house spotless. Could not me more pleased.
