The owner (Oscar) came out to our house at 8 pm on a Friday night to try to repair our old unit & performed an inspection when the job was done. They were prompt and courteous on the phone. They responded quickly, which I respect. However, I thought the pricing was a little high given the actual work performed. Still, the quick response was very much appreciated.

I did not need an actual repair - just guidance on how to do my own maintance due to a design flaw in my unit. I was not even charged for the visit AND he gave me a can of cleaner for free. Seemed very knowledgable about why I was getting dripping in my return vent. Very impressed, will use them in the future.

My a/c was too old to waste money repairing. We purchased 2 new ones from Ocean Air Conditioning. Felt we got a good price, and the units were delivered and installed in 2 days.

My A/C broke on a Sunday afternoon...which you know if you live in Florida is one of my worst nightmares! I called another company to make the repair and they didn't have the part and basically said, "too bad, so sad I can't help you today"...but not Ocean Air. Oscar called me and gave me a very reasonable quote over the phone...and then came out and fixed my fan motor at 9pm on a Sunday night. He was very professional, courteous and explained everything he was doing and all my options. Reasonable price, excellent customer service and wonderful communication lasting through midnight on a Sunday night? You simply cannot ask for more! I was extremely satisfied and highly recommend Ocean Air!
