Our A/C went out in the afternoon. We had a local Safety Harbor company come out and it was sounding as if they 1) were expensive and 2) would need a few days to install a new unit. Went on HA for 2nd opinion/quote. That evening, Liliana from Ocean Air called. She walked me thru everything and said she could have someone come out the next morning to install a new unit (for substantially less $ than the company that had been out for the same size/quality). She even swung by that evening to have a look and make sure she would be able to keep her promise (had everything needed in the warehouse). The next morning, their techs came out and did the install. I had the air back on in less than 24 hrs. of it going out! The techs were very friendly and professional. They went above and beyond keeping floors clean and after they left, you would not have known they were there (except the house was already much cooler!). Was so happy with the service, hired them the next day to clean and sanitize the existing ductwork that had dirt, dust, and some mold from the old unit leak. Would highly recommend this company. They really do go above and beyond.

The air conditioner stopped working within hours after closing on our house. That is a whole other story. The unit as 19 years old so I knew I would have to replace it but I thought I would get more than a couple of hours out of it. I quickly called multiple companies begging for a tech to come out same day. I talked with Lilliana who was able to provide me with a rough estimate based on my needs. She was very knowledgeable and provided numerous options. She also worked with her techs to coordinate next day service/install of a new unit. The unit stopped working again in the middle of the night as the previous drainage was not adequately sloped to handle the higher efficiency unit. I had this issue in a previous home. Again, Lilliana and team were quick to respond and resolve that issue as well. Incredible customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend them.

Oscar and William are the best. Very honest and professional. Let me tell you a short story. My AC stopped working so I called a local AC company that was available after hours. He came and looked at my system and in no time told me that my outside unit (compressor) coil was bad and leaking. I asked how is it possible? My AC system is only 3 years old! But he kept telling me that it happens often and he replaces them on daily basis!! He said it cost me $770.00 to replace the out side coil. I called Ocean Air (Oscar) and asked if he an take a look at my system and confirm if I need to replace the coil. William came on-time and tested the coils with his amazingly accurate machine and found no leak in my system!!! It turned out that I was about to get scammed by other AC guy for amount of $770.00 for something that I didn't need. So I am very happy that I called Ocean Air. They saved me a ton of money. Thank you.

Oscar was great. Worked efficiently and quickly. Explained all our options regarding warranty. And the cost wasn't astronomical. We definitely will use them again.

He came out the day before a hurricane to help us. Did the job quickly and efficiently and made sure my son and I were safe. Excellent customer service!

I called Ocean Air a second time to repair my AC. (5/27/17) They were out in less than 24 hours and unclogged my drain. Oscar advised to replace the unit for increased efficiency.

Oscar was great! Came out on a Sunday, within an hour or so. Replaced fan in the AC unit which was not working at all. Gave me a quote for a new unit as ours is 17 yrs old. Replacing fan was costly so not going to replace right away. Will keep his name for future reference.

A/C went out at 7PM. Very hot night. My biggest worry was not getting ripped off. They came out at 10PM and got my system going in 30 minutes. It was a transformer. They didn't charge me a weekend fee or a emergency fee. They were fantastic. I expected to pay a lot more than they charged me. Highly recommend.

After discussing issues and age of air conditioner we had them replace the system. They were there the next day.now even the room that was the warmest is now about 3-4 degrees cooler. Very friendly people.

The repairman came the same day my unit quit running. It was the condensation drain as I suspected. The repairman opened up the air handler and took pictures of what he saw and showed them to me. The coils were loaded with mold and at the bottom of the air handler was a thick layer of slime. I decided to have Ocean Air Conditioning replace my entire unit.

My tech was clearly a technical expert. My *usual* AC Tech, who doesn't do Rheem compressors or Rheem expansion valves, reported back that the given estimates from Ocean AC & Heating for replacing both pieces as being very fair, and market competitive. The work was done in a timely manner, and every step of the experience was handled with notable professionalism. I would absolutely call Ocearn Air again, and would be well pleased if the tech happened to again be Oscar.

I called Ocean Air and they came out the next day. Oscar was very helpful and made us feel at ease answering all of our questions. We called them back Monday evening and they came out Tuesday morning and installed our new unit. It is ice cold now in our home. They cleaned up everything and said they would be back on Saturday to clean out our duct work. Saturday came and sure enough a tech called and showed up an hour later. I would highly recommend them.

I found this company to be very honest and reliable. The technician took time to go over everything with us and we were very comfortable with his knowledge. Thank goodness for a reputable company like this one!

This was actually an AC repair. I had hired another company to look at the AC unit because it was leaking. They charged me an exorbitant amount of money to clear the drain and add freon, and a week later the unit began shutting off after running a bit. I looked online for a different company, and selected Ocean Air after reading the reviews. Oscar came out the next morning, explained the problem to me, fixed it, then stayed and made sure that it was running properly. This is a property that I own and rent out, so I could not be there in person, but he made it very easy by being responsive, explaining everything so well, and charging a fair amount for the work. I completely echo the reviews already posted on this business!
