We have a maintenance agreement with them and pay them yearly. When we first bought this townhouse, they came out and serviced our heating and a/c systems. One day I found a drip in our ceiling and I poked it with a broom and gallons of water came pouring down. It turned out that the pan that is under the system was not level and they had not noticed. Since we had a service agreement, they had someone come out to clean up the attic, redo the ceiling, and paint it. They never charged us a dime. I have a lot of respect for them for that. They are always on time, explain things well and are very professional.

They come twice a year and prepare for summer and winter use.

The technician arrived as scheduled and checked the unit outside and advised we didn't have any freon and there was a leak. When he was shown the air handler was on the second floor and in the attic, he said he didn't have time to check the air handler and he would have to reschedule a time to return and do a leak check on this system. He didn't have time to check for leaks at the time of this visit. I received a call the morning after his visit from their scheduler (Friday morning) and she said he could return sometime Monday morning. My husband took off work to meet the tech. and now it will be necessary to take off work again and meet them Monday morning when the work could have been done on the first visit. The tech told the office it was raining, but it wasn't. There were a few drops, but nothing he couldn't have dealt with. Now we must go through the entire weekend without air conditioning in the upstairs bedrooms. We are calling another company to service our units.

Very well amount I paid was expected amount.

Nuccio did a very good job. Everyone from the operator to the technicians were polite and helpful. The salesman, CB did not try to oversell us and answered all our questions. The technicians cleaned up after themselves and did not leave any trash. This was the easiest installation I have ever experienced. Every detail was taken care of by Nuccio.

I have used them for years. They are very good. The service was prompt, they were neat in there appearance and very professional.

They did a very nice job, it was the lowest quote that we received. They were on time, got it in in a couple of hours and it works fine.

Some a/c companies won't do plumbing on the heating and a/c lines going into their own equipment. Some plumbing companies don't do standard plumbing on lines terminating into a heating and a/c unit. This leaves the customer in a real bind. This is like "whose responsibility is it?" and they point fingers at each other and the customer is stuck. I think I have now got the plumbing company (Maurici) to agree to install automatic air bleeding equipment on the plumbing lines to solve my problem. The air was temporarily bled out of the system by the a/c people by once again bleeding the air at the heat exchanger water pump.

I HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY YEARS. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. WORK DONE WELL AND ON TIME. AFTER THEY WERE FINISHED, THEY CLEANED UP AND EVEN RAN THE VACUUM!

NUCCIO REPRESENTATIVES WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND UPFRONT ABOUT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED.
