Description of Work: We are very happy with their prices and service. Our real estate brokerage firm manages a large number of residential units (single family homes, duplexes, and condominiums). We purchase used appliances from Mr Rogers, and we also use them for appliance repair services. They are very responsive, the used appliances we purchase from them have been reconditioned to a good quality, and they back up their work with a good warranty.

Description of Work: I purchased a used washing machine. I trusted his service. What you see there is what you get. He offers a 30 day warranty and the price is reasonable.

Thanks for your feedback. We did some research and found out that on your last purchase, 03/02/2013, invoice # 01369, we gave you 4 Months Warranty. Our standard is 4 Months Warranty on Labor and Parts. We only give 1 Month warranty when the customer asks for a reduced price in exchange of a reduced warranty. Thanks for your feedback.
