Description of Work: Good initial communications to arrange for service but did not confirm exact date of the call. Luckily we were home when he arrived. The tech quickly diagnosed the problem and had a replacement part in his vehicle. We are very happy with the timeliness of the repair and that the noise that prompted the service call is gone!

Description of Work: Floor installers thought I might have a leak in ice maker hookup for my fridge,and left it disconnected, called Mr Rogers because of "deal" to repair or replace hookup. He said no leaks but my ice maker needed replacing. I had him hook up the line anyway and the ice maker works fine.

Description of Work: I purchased a Big Deal special that was $49 for $100 towards service because my washing machine stopped draining. They were prompt in calling to schedule service. Two technicians showed up at the arranged time and were courteous and professional. My washing machine was clogged and that's why it wasn't draining. The repair took less than 15 minutes. I was shocked that I needed to pay an additional $99. One of the technicians had showed me a 'price book' to which I acknowledged viewing but thought those prices were only in effect if parts were needed, which was not the case. All they did was pull the pillow stuffing out of the drain hose. While they were timely, professional and courteous, it is highly unlikely I will call on them again. $200 for 15 minutes of unclogging a hose with no parts needed is an excessive price.

Description of Work: My dryer knob had broken off, so I called Mr. Rogers. They were able to come by within a few days and gave me a quote on the repair. The top panel had to be ordered. The part came in within a few days and they came back when they said they would and on time. I was very happy with their quick and efficient service!
