Description of Work: Installer supposed to install new suspension rods in my washer. He did and it fixed the existing problem which was a major shaking when in midddle of cycle. That problem is gone and I am happy with the result however, my washer is not completing the cycle wash and it stops in middle of cycle which is a major deal.

Description of Work: A little confusing on appointment time but when repairman arrived, he diagnosed and fixed problem with our washer quickly, had needed parts in his van. Would use this company in future and recommend their services to anyone having appliance problems.

Description of Work: We are new to the area, and I am relieved to find an appliance repair company that I can count on when the inevitable happens!!

Description of Work: Looked at back of refrigerator where it was leaking. Not a good experience. | |The tech was hesitant to get behind the frig to see the problem. He brought a drill/driver which was not sufficient to take the back off to see the problem. |Being alone in my house, |I became uncomfortable when the tech wanted to use my rest room. |Too, I have offered to workers something to drink but this tech asked if I had a bottle of water to take with him. |I had Mr Rogers to clean my dryer vent and was a wonderful experience but was disappointed this time.

Description of Work: Service Technican came out to my home; did not introduce. The only thing he did to my dishwasher was put a chemical in the cleaning system and run the system for approximately 5-10 minutes. He put the same chemical in garbage disposal and ran for 1 minute. I told him about a problem with the dishwasher I had been having; before I turned around he was gone. He did not say anything to tell me that the job was completed. The dishwasher runs worse than before. All the silverware and glassware have a film on them; we have to clean them by hand. We are very disappointed we this contractor. Not up to Angie's List standards.

Description of Work: The special advertised that they would secure and level the dishwasher and this did not happen. I spent 99 dollars to have their technician poor detergent into my dishwasher.

Description of Work: The tech did the job I hired them for, and was willing to answer a question on another appliance. His answer showed me I didn't need a service call on that appliance. I just had a "user error" to correct and it was good as new!

Description of Work: They came and checked my fridge -- on time, left everything clean. They had to order a part that seems to be on back order. It would be nice if I could get some updates, but I have to keep calling and it's been a month. Not their fault if it's on back order but it would be nice to know.
