Description of Work: THey promised to diagnose defective appliances. The diagnostics "expert" who came was totally incompetent. He apprently did not understand how the dishwasher drain works. No useful diagnostics were made. The written report said "diswhaser does not have power" which was false. No diagnostics for the refrigerator, just an offer to replace compressor for 500 dollars. The $40 diagnostics offer was obviously just a gimmick to make expesive repairs.

Ticket # 104625 - [Member name removed] Originally you contacted us requesting a diagnose for a dishwasher and a Refrigerator. On your purchased package, you suggested that the Issue with the fridge was a freon leakage or a compressor damage. You also stated that the dishwasher drain pump has been replaced previously as well. The service call was performed on April 8th, 2015. 1) Refrigerator Diagnose: - Our technician found an obstruction in the freon line. This means that an oil patch or a damaged tube is restricting the refrigerant (freon) to circulate through the conduction line. The solution for this malfunction is a compressor replacement. The cost of a compressor replacement according to the National Major Appliance Repair Pricing Guide, is the one we provided you. 2) Dishwasher Diagnose: - Taking in consideration that the drain pump has been previously replaced, the technician's diagnose is that the garbage disposal is blocking the water flow, The dishwasher's draining hose is connected to the garbage disposal, and when the draining process starts, the water flows back. If you're not satisfied with the technician's diagnose, we will be more that glad to send you a second opinion technician. In case you're not satisfied with both diagnoses, we encourage you to request a full refund on your big deal purchase from Angie's list. Description of Work: Dryer Vent Cleaning....it went well except their estimated time of arrival the day before was off -- I had to leave at 1 p.m. and they arrived just before 12 noon. Had previously told me they would be done by 12 noon....it wasn't a problem, actually, as the job was done efficiently and quickly... Would give them a good review..

Description of Work: The company has been sent by our property management group over 5 times to fix our refrigerator--not making ice or water from the dispenser on the freezer door. They've replaced the ice maker and the water filter stating that would do the trick. Still, both are not working. Last time someone came out he told me that it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. After requesting again for someone to fix our appliance, the property management group chooses Mr. Rogers, who insists he can fix it this time. 6th time a charm? These people do NOT communicate within their company or with our property management group. If we had a choice, I would never hire them to fix anything. I've not been confident in any of the guys who have worked on your refrigerator--they seem like it's a guessing game and they don't know what they are doing.

Description of Work: Our fairly new dryer was not drying clothes. The gentleman from Mr. Roger's cleaned the vent all the way to the roof, at which point there was a thick blockage he removed. Dryer works perfectly!
