On your purchased package, you suggested that the Issue with the fridge was a freon leakage or a compressor damage. You also stated that the dishwasher drain pump has been replaced previously as well. The service call was performed on April 8th, 2015. 1) Refrigerator Diagnose: - Our technician found an obstruction in the freon line. This means that an oil patch or a damaged tube is restricting the refrigerant (freon) to circulate through the conduction line. The solution for this malfunction is a compressor replacement.
