Description of Work: It was difficult to get the appointment. They made the appointment and didn't show so I had to reschedule. The person they sent out was great and cleaned the dryer vent to my complete satisfaction. The problem is with the "front office" not the serviceman; however, with my schedule I want people to show up when they say they will.

Description of Work: Repaired fridge. Factory defect on part they put in the fridge. NOT the fault of Mr. Rogers. Service man was at our house at 6 a.m. The next morning! Above and beyond the call of duty!! Extremely courteous, professional, prompt.
